wall history, post, coment, friends, anything on your wall FB is forever elvoving it's code and in doing so there also changing the prefrances you make to your profile settings. IE if you went for a job i know the 1st thing before an interview is offered once they have your CV which has name, e-mail they look online. The company i work for does this as i've just had to do it and there for they can see stuff that might not get you the job. Or you have stuff on there you'd rather not, history

Okay so after this topic crashed and burned i've tried a different way It's a bit more simple Load all your wall history, post, coment, friends, anything Remove all wall posts with options from 1st, 5th, 10th or 20th post/comment You can use it in IE or Firefox. You need to log on to your facebook profile page Enter the link in the address bar Hit enter Select which option from where to remove your posts, 1st, 5th, 10th or 20th post/comment Go have a brew or watch TV pending how much junk you got on there and let it do it's thing It'll update you with number of post/coment found, deleted etc It doesn't log anything, it run on the facebook java script. It's as safe as i can make it. I have to give this wanring though Warning !! There might still be some old posts since Facebook 'Older posts' response is very strange. Your data is stored on multiple servers. It can take several days, or weeks for them to be totaly up to date, so your friends might see some old posts until then. You can do it your self if you know how and that not just spending the hours sat there clicking. This is all a pre writen script to do it for you. The tempory password is the only way i can offer an option too make it safe

I though Tarty without spec of a lace pattern would go for 3X from word go. Most place would as this is the norm and std. I've had the 1 ocasion where spokes were too long. It was a random setup and luck of the draw. Quick mail to Adam he sent a 2nd set out and i returned the ones next day. This is someone thats done wheel builds for over 15 years, all of us pretty much have one of his wheels in our lifetime. Out of the massive number of us i haven't read of problems. BMX shop is your only option for 20'' but personly i;d suck it up, say sorry to Adam and reorder making sure you fully spec out. Errors happen, when your sending over 100 items its easy too happen but they dont happen often and you got a public appology from the dude!

Very very nice, simple and clean

I got the golfers elbow after a dislocation of the elbow years ago. I get given 1200mg ibrofen when it plays up, freezing gel. I found when its bent it hurts more so i was given a split to were keeping it straight. I use it at night and did a week soild with it. Helped but no fix
