your not allowed to ride in bmx comps without a helmet thats why its the only time you see them wearing them. this video makes me wanna get a bmx again but the would mean the trials bike would have to go

my knee i banged it on the corner of a brick wall and the dog was called nemo when my girlfriend bought it. thats what you get when the owners had 2 children lol

after having a slight accident that resulted in 2 operations to stitch my quad muscle to back my knee cap im slowly getting back on the bike. never been into making videos as i do the sport for fun but this a quick little video my girlfriend recorded. the landing are not brilliant as my right leg gets sore on landings not sure how to post videos so here goes lol first jump is 24" and second it 26" gonna try 28" and 30" tomoz

i too suffer from doing this from time to time. i try and get close to the wall to make sure i make it. but getting close makes it harder to clear it which means i have to balance longer to get the right distance. this video and comments are very helpful to me aswell thanks for posting the video
