  1. Quick tip guys when you have cramp, slap it with a cupped hand it eases pain alot! Jay
  2. It could be worn pads but at a guess ide say it is contaminated pads!! Get some new ones and try that! Jay
  3. Cheers mate will take the tights just in case!! Jay
  4. Hey guys riding on Sunday at Mill Lee Quarry, it says we all have to ride in long trousers? Never ridden a trial competitavely and i always ride in shorts!! Whats acceptable? What do most people wear? Is shorts with "Leggins" allowed? Jay
  5. If there is a way of truing a disk i want to know it! And as for tyre pressure its complete personal preference if you run them lower you will more than likely get snake bite punctures to start with however when riding natural i have very very low pressure to get the grip needed!! Pump them up to 30psi then let them down bit by bit see how you feel! Jay
  6. Looks good mate!! Especially for £100! As for the front brake take it off the bike and push the pistons back this will stop it dragging! And the rear Vee, undo the little nut at the back where the wire goes through and pull more wire through this will make it tighter! Jay
  7. In my opinion boosters generally make maguras better! Always, hold, bite. everything! Leave it on
  8. Evening lads and ladies, Anyone use any strange training methods to improve their trials? I do a few, i skip alot and jump high whilst skipping really burns the legs and do a bit of Parkour seems to help with the gaps and stuff!! Jay
  9. Thanks for the replies lads! Will get on to having a look tomorrow! Gym is calling! URGH! Jay
  10. Afternoon guys, My bike is making a few odd sounds! Its recently had a bttom bracket changed but its making some cracking creaky noises! And its very unsettling, wondered if there is anything that could be fixed or is it the freewheel on its way out? :/ Jay
  11. The rear rim sounds like it has a grind on it, people grind rims to make brakes better! Leave this on and get used to the squeeking! As for the front brake it may need bleeding or it may have contaminated pads! Jay
  12. Ridden moto trials to national level, my advice is firstly enjoy it!! Secondly remember the back wheel DOES NOT follow the front one! Always allow room for it to follow! You riding clubman B? If so...... Yellow flags Jay
  13. Good riding mate! Only tip would be to get that front wheel a little higher when your back wheeling onto things! Otherwise Good effort!!! Jay
