I'm pretty new to trials and can get bike on to back wheel and can hop pretty much on the spot, I have started to have a go at pedal kicks and can do one kick and can't seem to do any more ( this is in flat ground). Is it better to do pedal kicks of maybe a step or small wall etc... Cheers justin

Don't know what happened with that last post... Anyone in Pompey or local fancy meeting up for a ride one evening for a hour or two? I won't be able to do alot apart from just about hop on back wheel, just fancy watching and hopefully pick up a few tips....

Iv had a Onza T-Comp for around 3 mth and have really struggled to get bike up on back wheel and keep it their, since back wheel packed up I have been with out it for about a 2 weeks and yesterday I went and brought a Onza T-Mag and have been getting up on back wheel pretty easy and seem to be staying their alot longer.. Does the bikes GEO make a big difference? Forgot to say that from the crank to fork stem is around 5" shorter on the T-Mag than the T-Comp..

Evenin all, hope you all had a good ride yesterday, gutted I couldn't come with bike, but I enjoyed sitting their with a pint watching you all . I picked up a new bike today, got a onza T-Mag so hopefully when next ride is arranged I can come join you all....

Na nothing out their. Iv got a mod but it needs a new back wheel and tyre which from tartybikes is going to cost me £100, the in laws were going to lend me £170 towards a bike so I was well chuffed when I won this one for £100. Bloke obviously doesn't want it goin that cheap so he should of put a reserve on it. So now I don't know what to do, get new wheel or wait for weeks for a cheap one to come up. Plus where I'm a beginner I like to get out and have a play most nights...

Rather peed of, just won a MAD Phase 1.1 for £100.03 then got a message from the seller to say it sold earlier today for £180, but couldn't get on eBay to remove it.... So he obviously didn't want to sell it that cheap. Why not put a reserve on it!!! Looks like I got to get a new wheel etc now for my onza (

My MOD's back hub has packed up but hopefully getting a MAD Phase 1.1 Wednesday so may cone out on that if not il try sort out my rear wheel (

Hopefully picking up a MAD Phase 1.1 on Wednesday, can anyone tell me any info on them? What they like to ride? Iv been on a 20" onza for the last few mth, is it going to be alot different From the onza???

Na not yet, had a play yesterday bit only managed around 6 ish...iv put some riser handle bars on so ganna try it out with them later when I get back from kx trials up Southampton... Really want to nip down but il prob be the oldest down their and will be able to do the least amount of stuff on bike and look a right twat lol....

ok will do. got a day of work tomorrow so will be at it all day....

i may come down work permitting. If anything just to watch and learn from others...

Had another play on bike tonight and found once i got the bike up on back wheel and started hopping, i found if i pushed the handlebars away form me or pulled them towards be i seemed to find my balance point really easy and managed about 10 hops on the spot aswell. where before i got bike up on back wheel and kept handlebars preety close to me and i found if i did hop i hopped backwards. Give it ago see how you get on...

i cant do alot yet on me bike so would be abit pointless me goin for a ride lol..
