  1. Which rotor do you use with your saint? I was more worried about thickness difference between rotors.
  2. Yup I have a hope trials that I'm not quite happy with. Modulation is good, but no locking power... I'll try the saint and see how it works out, but since I do not like centerlock shimano disks, Hope saw disk works with Shimano saint right? http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/disc_brake_rotors/hope_saw/c76p10156.html
  3. I'll be getting a Inspired Hex soon but I'm not sure I would want the stem to be that short at 90mm, especially since I have only been doing pure trials. I would also like to use the hex for more trials than street. I do have a Trialtech Sport riser hanging around (No, not the High rise), but should I get a different bar? (Trialtech High rise? or inspired bar?) so What are your recommendations for bar/stem combo that is more trials oriented on a hex? how about 120mm x 17 stem with trialtech riser?
  4. I'm looking for alternatives to Hope trials front brake. While Hope works great for the first 6 months. They just don't work very well long term. What would be some alternatives I could consider? I was looking at Magura Marta and Magura Louise? Any other brakes? Shimano, Formula, avid, etc?? And please don't say "get a bb7", I know and I already have a bb7 but looking for hydraulic brake with a bit of modulation as well. And about Magura Marta, any significant difference between 2010 and 2011 version? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=30617 I'm thinking of getting this from CR. This is 2010 model on sale.
  5. I would like to hear some opinions of Echo TR hubs (front & rear) currently running king rear hub with Trialtech sport front hub, but I would love to shave some weight. These hubs seem like good options but I'm mostly worried about whether these would be strong enough, Has anyone broke the shell? axle? I would swear by Deng frames, I've just never used their hubs before.
