yeah strings first then check out fret board i have personally never had problems with my neck or frets and it has been snapped haha

Trialtech please make a headset
would like a trialtech headset as all their stuff is strong, looks sleek and normally a very good price. as apposed to spending near £50 for some cheesy looking piece of crap, that develops play really quick. get a sl i have never had to tighten it up since i bought it

The springs can just be bent back to shape, careful not to over-do it or you may snap them.

went to service my freehwheel today and found some of the springs were not working correctly as if the spring isn't pushing the pawl out enough to make it click does anyone know where i can get some. If not can i stretch them abit or would they just get weaker. i have spoke to josh at jaf bikes and he ant make me any
