Tried all the standard tricks? I cut one quote by 40% just by adding my parents as named drivers. Doesn't matter that they live 40 miles away and would never drive it, apparently that lowers my risk of crashing.
It's going to be expensive whatever I do, my mum won't stop going on a bout getting a scooter, never would I even dream of that!
House got broken into last night. C*nts!
Sorry to hear that matey.
edit - looking at it now, its going to be about £3000 cheaper if I drive a scooter for a year, then go onto a car...hmmm, opinions?

It looks like it may be cold on sunday, it really is over here now, but will still be up for it, you in or out Jonny?

Is this the 24 with the 135 rear spacing?
Best thing would be to ask him over facebook

I have just realized I have been doing all of my car insurance checks with my licence as full UK Provisional. Just did another with a full UK Manual licence and I can honestly say I am screwed. Cheapest looking around £5000. May well be better going on one of my parents' insurance and make it cheaper and pay them the difference.

*insert quote, just getting your attention here*
Same thing on Sunday the 13th?

*Bump*
All has arrived well, and I guess if I ordered before Christmas/New Year, it would have been alot faster.
Now any advice to bed in a TR/SL 108 ECHO freewheel?
Hi i have bought a lot of stuff of them they are legit, I got my new cranks of him that come today (Sheldon Walker) is on facebook here http://www.facebook.com/sheldon.walker.397?fref=ts
They have a lot more stuff in stock than they have on the site if there something you want half the time he can get it in for you, the postage it pretty good to i got 2 echo lite one 2012 an one 2013 one both for £280 + £20 postage but when i got them i got a import tax fee of £40 and they had been bashed about a bit in the post and one had a small dent in, got back in touch with he and he gave me a £100 back to cover the fee and damages
He packs then up a lot more now to
Hope this helps
Jamie
interested to see how this pans out if you buy some cranks, prices are cheap! and its the only place i can find with the cranks i want. shame he makes no mention of postage costs on the site, would like to know how much he gives you as a quote for shipping for a set of cranks
Let me know too, Prices are dead cheap
Brilliant! Thank you for showing me this I know where I'll be getting my next bike from now.

gunna bump this, how did it go? everything turn up as it was supposed to?
Was going to post im here yesterday, got side tracked.
He said he would post it on the 24th, then 5-8 days takes us to say the 1st, add Christmas and New Year and it should take longer, I have sent him a message asking if he posted it (8 am on Friday) Still nothing back from him... Yet (fingers crossed)!
He hasn't gotten back to me yet, and I can only presume it is taking longer because of Christmas/New Year.
Put it this way, if you always end up ordering around weekends and holidays, wait. Also if you are impatient and don't like ordering with new people, don't aha.
I hope everything is okay and it is just taking long.
[edit] Just got back to me now, he has posted them, and it's just a waiting game now.

Its making us buy specific parts, in a way, which can be a good thing, I guess?
-
Preferred this one of him to be honest, still enjoyed the other one though.

Looks like gravity doesn't like you..

The Giro Hex is the best I have ever had, total helmets I have had is 3, not many but the Hex is perfect.
Fits well, cheap, reliable, looks good ect..

are those magggie mounts on the chain stays?!?!
looking forward to seeing this built up though
Me too! No maggie mounts, disc guide cable thing and post mount (looks like) only.

As good as the riding was I had to mute it after about 10 seconds of watching it, dual magura's with a good grind and good pads is one death defying sound, add a GoPro to the situation and it rings like hundreds of baby's crying, screaming and tearing up the inside of my head.
But other than that the riding was spot on!

Looks good! What spray paint did you use for the front wheel?

I don't have any plans for NYE, I really want to go out too, I don't want to come across buggy/clingy by asking friends what they are doing.
Petty I know.

Tensile 60's are very reliable, hardly have to do anything with them, other than bed them in, I would go for the 96 version purely because of the higher EP.
I have just bought an Echo SL, currently in the post, I hope haha. I hope I don't have the same experience and if the spanner hits the fan I will immediately go for a Tensile 96.

Forks, bars, grips, headset, PINK T-SHIRT all arrived today, Thanks Tarty.
Made a homemade headset tool, worked perfectly, fitted a long awaited ISIS BB.
Front end looks ridiculously nice, now need to wait for cranks, bash, freewheel and pedals to arrive, hopefully tomorrow, if not another day.
Party tonight too! Need to go on a ride once my bike is 'complete'.

Change that signature!
I have to agree with everyone else though, looks very clutterfull, purely because of the stickers and the graphics on the frame, cheesy 10 year old flames, haha.
I also think its weighty because of the front wheel, rear rim, cranks and possibly tubes, depending on what you have.
Looks good though.
