  1. How do they keep their cool? I get pissed off when people in the street ask my why their isn't a seat! Cant imagine doing it for a living hahaha why is there not a seat Posted by Robbie on 27/10/2011 Reply from TartyBikes on 28/10/2011 Hi Robbie - When riding trials, you have to perform a lot of moves by shifting your body-weight around your bike. By removing the seat from the bike and making the top tube lower it gives you more clearance to move around, making most moves a lot easier. It also helps reduce weight which is an additional bonus. Thanks, Mark
  2. hahahahah! Brilliant video! They dont make em like that anymore
  3. Well, its built for trials (bitey-ness and hold), rather than being built for power (being able to brake at high speeds) and theyre not built for being cooled down quickly like other MTB brakes. I ride DH and only some brakes like Saints have the same bite as my hope.
  4. Hope all they way! XTs are good but you want a trials specific brake
  5. In the future I'd get a drill bit, drill through the middle and get a magnet to get all the metal out. I had the EXACT same problem as you!!
  6. I ride with a Try all tyre on the back, slick of course was thinking of getting a new tyre, but the grip is amazing! Unless you are riding rocks there inst much point in have a full tread in my opinion, but im a trials noob. B)
  7. I've been riding Dirt jumps and DH for 2 years, I can bunnyhop high, pedal kick (only once in a row) and nose pivot and I'm about to get my first trials bike. It really depends on what experience on a bike you have. Your all round skills really go into trials!!
  8. SICK! Who edited it??
  9. Nike 6.0s. I use them for DH too and my feet always stay on
  10. Are you uncomfortable when you ride? I would suggest having more stackers. My mate is 6,4+ and he rides a mod with tonnes of stackers and he rides fine, and his stretched out
