The tt hight rise are actually about 10mm wider i think...

When you reply to a post or make a new post, you click on more reply option then chose files and you'll access to your folder on your computer. You go to the folder where there is the photo you want and click attach or something like it(i'm on ipad so its abit different) after that the folder will close and you'll see your photo under the attach button(in the more reply option menu), click it then you'll have your photo uploaded to the furom! :)
