Don't agree with you there. I've had my muscle man's for nearly three years now and there still going strong. Just shows don't it. yeah as been said, freewheel, forks thats it. dont try and upgrade it just replace something when it's broke. Ive made the mistake of wasteing money on stuff i really don't need.

Hi guys got a issue i've taken the headset outta my monty there two cups a top one and a bottom one the top one just slots in but the bottom seams to large. does this mean i need a headset press or will it not fit at all by the way the its an "aheadset" i don't see why i wont fit there both the same type of headset. any help would be aprieceated

I've got some try-all snail cams want to swap for your chain tugs? I think you have to run snail cams as there no room for tugs.
