How come you got rid of the echo sl rim on rear?
weight? it weighed the same, if not more than a tr

Unfortunately I don't anymore as they came out whilst riding as my tensioner bolts became loose but this is what they look like http://www.trialsaddict.com/chain-tensioners/chain-tugs/onza-integrated-tensioners.html
I had pretty much the first one (Besides Steve himself using one). It was a good idea but i found it didnt always hold itself into position back when I used in on my Ashton. I found that the upper part leading from the axle always found itself rubbing against my chain and I couldnt get it to stay in one position without over bending the main spring
i dont have a problem with it moving, because my hub has m10 or some shit sized bolts. i set it up by placing it by the chain where i want it, the tighted the hub. after i bend it upwards and place on the chain. works.

saying that tgs style is my favorite because i can relate more to it.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_bike_trials
its says: "is a discipline of mountain biking in which the rider attempts to pass through an obstacle course without setting foot to ground."
achieving bigger obstacles are harder, more talented riders can achieve bigger obstacles. everybody wants to be better or even the best rider.
therefore people buy specific bikes to help them do so e.g. high bb and extreme light weight saving. also people will adjust and modify their bikes to be lighter and help the go 'bigger' e.g. low tyre pressures. very forward handlebars and going as far as drilling holes in rims, frames, cranks etc.
all this and hundreds or even thousands of pounds later they can go up a wall 1" higher. seem stupid yes? maybe not to some people but to everyone who is a non trials rider can agree... it appeals to people that trials riders who do this are sad and have a boring life. making trials look boring.

depends what stem i run. if i use a 150 x 30 i run my bars horizontal otherwise i find it to high, i i struggle because its impossible to even pull up into a manual. so now i run a 127 x 30 stem and run my bars inline with the stem, and is the same height as before just i can now switch my 't front' move and pull the front wheel up without the need to peddle.

! have the new version on the heastsink tensioner (the one with a cog thingy) and fits absolutely perfectly, i can get pictures if anybody requires because it took a week for me to figure out how i could fit it. (all was needed was to turn one bracket 180 degrees)

doesn't boiling water work or is that just with disc rotors?
-
monty brake spray?
-
tar?

Cleep-2 20in
what brakes are they?!
-
There are too many to point a single one out. but if i had to. wtf was 4.08??!!!1
-
no i mean saint and hope brakes feel completely different
exactly id rather run a magie than a hope, just dont really like any of them. i may excuse a hope tech because i do like the tpa system on the to be honest.

depends if you like the feel of them i'd say, but there being discontinued so i didnt get them
well id rather run a maggie than any disc brake apart from a saint m810 or an avid bb7
-
saints every time

That's weird, i have the same cranks and crank bolts (echo sl) and mine sit flush

You have to be intelligent for an attempt at sarcasm. Try cottage cheese, I've heard it has excellent lubrication properties.
it wasnt sarcasm,

just to clarify, i did used to bleed my brake with pure blackcurrent squash, would this have cleared it out?
The oil, under constant movement, will cavitate and foam up inside the hoses
-
Yes as fairy liquid is a degreasing agent if the TV advert is to believed, so for getting the oil of magura pipes its perfect, and it won't knacker the seals, and it'll keep your skin soft as well. Bonus
so what happens if you just bleed it with water and leave it? rather than doing it the long way? or the correct way
-
You're not going to fully flush the system out by pumping the brake. You need to emulsify the oil to get it out hence the requirement of fairy liquid.
why do you need to get it all out though? my brake if fine and i didnt use fairy liwquid
-
Fwiw, fairy liquid emulsifies oil and water combining them together so you're kinda wrong jack x
so just dont add fairy liquid?
all i am trying to say is: i do not see any point in the flushing out techniques dan uses.
