  1. Not the best photo in the world but here's my new Skye! :) Stupidly light and stiff, how the 2 go together on this thing is ridiculous. Feels a lot more trialsy too, so stoked to finish building it today!

Whilst I'm here I hope everyone had a good Christmas and new years, santa should have bought you lots of bike parts.

Why not take it as constructive criticism? The jokes weren't really funny and you guys act a bit immature. That's all. The riding was cool but if you don't get any viewers due to the above stated, why bother making vlogs?

Oh I have taken it that way, end of the day its a reaction from people which is good to see! :) Being immature is just us i suppose, everybody can be immature from time to time, some more so than others but I don't need to explain that mate.

And if thats the case then hey we've realised "well this one failed without intention, try a different approach next time and see then" But like I said before its NOT MY vlog, and its the ONLY one, theres not a chance in hell im going to become a vlogger haha I'll leave it to the people who know how to do it.

There really were a lot more trials riders in USA 15 years ago or so.  Back when any decent mtb guy on a DJ bike could wildly bunnyhop crap in the city and call it trials.  I seriously get to ride with other people a few times a year.

    lol.

Related to OP.  I actually watched a few of Ali C's vlogs.  There are a few other riders whose vlogs I'd watch if they put them out.  But JJ is in the same group as most other riders... not vlog worthy.  (I did try watching it).  Keep it to video of the day and <60 second instagram and I might be able to tolerate.

I'd rather not be making vlogs, but I think you'll find its not "my" vlog.... Just to clarify the plain obvious bit.

TF has just risen to a new level of harsh in one thread...

Dont worry mate thats just trials forum, everybody is a keyboard warrior and quiet in real life, I've learnt to just ignore IT, and the immaturity haha ;)

I'm not guna bother watching this instead I'll just form an opinion on it based on Jordan Leigh as a person

get over yourself haha, so immature for your age it still makes me laugh. In person you have nothing to say, so funny.

No argument to start now, you just make me laugh. That be it boyo x

I guess if you're younger and your sense of humour matches it's not as weird so I'll leave my being older and far darker sence of humour out of it.

I messed up the quote thing but yes, drop gap shall be done ;) I've done it already but I'll get it on film next time I'm there just for you <3

  7. Hi all, fancy learning how to ride a bike? You guessed it - It's you're famous annoying social media host, Jordan Leigh here, typically know for "I am Kate" but today, things just got serious.

Bikes are fun n' all but what about Vlogs? Here was our day, sadly a very accurate representation of our every day riding lives, messing around and doing tricks.

So here you have it, 20 minutes of my ugly mug and some beginner attempts at some stuntage.

Please don't be offended, its the trials forum, be happy yall

  8. ;)

And the plan is "half and half" so some clips of my riding from home and in videos, but keep it small, the rest is my ugly mug on the unique stuff they filmed with me :) I have absolutely no idea how much of what I filmed with them will be shown, nobody does yet haha!

  9. SO basically this means i'll be on the telly in front of a VERY big audience. I got paid, met awesome people (can you guess who?) and ALL because of something I love to do!!!

I never thought my trials bike would get me here, not on The One show or national geographic, live! Over the moon to say this is actually happening!!! :D:D:D kiss my royal ass if you want to try and kill my mood haha! Happy thread is happy.

  10. Both bars are just as good as eachother to be honest, Personally with Bonz they feel a bit better on longer frames is what I've found (sweep is different, could be placebo but i just like them) and the "taper" they have makes them feel almost stiffer (again, could just be me) BUT, as a rule of thumb for me I'll stick with arcade risers. More reassuring seeing much more people use them, plus out of the two, and trialtech high risers, they feel the best regardless of what angle I have them on my Skye (i've used all three on more than one bike, as well as mine) :)

Again that's only my opinion. If I were you though go for the arcades, being wider by default means more leeway should you want/need to cut them down shorter too. always a plus side.

Nice manny 180s im trying to get them recently but no luck

cheers dude :) They are a biaaaatch to learn, but once you have them they're a routine trick, get the feel every time if that makes sense :) You'll get them soon man no doubts about it

  12. Hey guys, so as the title says.

I'm making my way up there saturday night to see an old friend but plan to ride all day Sunday if anybody is around? I thought I'd post on here and hope that someone catches the chance to come ride :)

Anybody up for it? I've never been before so a rider would be lots better than google maps to find spots.... and a lot more fun!

They sold out of the first batch, the plan had been to do the second batch in a different colour.  It's exactly the same frame kit/bike (apart from the Tripod seat/post setup).

The lead times for things like this mean that decisions are made months and months in advance.  It's not a snap decision, it's something that's planned.  That's why it was all timed so that when the first batch sold out the new ones were pretty much ready to go with only a relatively small down time for bikes being out of stock (from Inspired at least).

Having seen both of the colours in real life, I'm keen on both.  I prefer the smoother finish on the Skye frame not least because it means that you can clean it up a bit easier (taking photos of the black one was a bit of a nightmare as the coarse finish picked up dirt/lint/anything and was pretty stubborn about it).  As Ali said before, with the Arcade, it's colour is pretty much designed to work as the complete bike Inspired sell.  Matte black parts throughout with that frame colour looks really good as a complete setup.  There are a few BMXs out there with similar colour schemes that look really cool.

    sweet, sounds good.

    Cheers :)
