here's my new downhill/freeride bike, about 2 weeks old, already changing stuff ,
new parts include, Marzocchi 66 RC2X, saint cranks, Michelin rear tyre, DMR stem SDG Bel-Air I-beam seat and ODI ruffiun lock-on grips, i've also removed the Maxxis downhill tubes, save aboot 1.2 kilos
enjoy it, i do...

that skate park is aweful... akrigg nearly died on it *minttt*... so slippy haha.
in the summer it's a death trap, a mix of super slippy graphitti and a floor that burns you when you fall off,
-
looks nice i'm glad some other people have chosen the I-beam products, they're sooooo light it's untrue!
but i prefer the blue loads more.. black just seems really plain..

taken a month or two ago...

These 24UK's are slowly growing on me. I like this, not sure about your tyre choice though
Lets see what other companys have to offer in the way of cheap (ish) 24's.
the tyres cost me feck all.. i think they cost me 30€ which is aboooot 21 pounds, and they seem to work preety well, the Kenda stick E coumpuond is quite soft, so the grip is good

here's my new toy.....
here's a quick spec:
Frame: 24UK
Fork: BT F6 disc only
Headset: Chris king gold
Stem: BT 90mm X 10º
Bar: Raceface Diabolous 1.5" rise
Cranks: Tensile
Chain: KMC Kool
Rear mech: Locked our drilled and modded tiagra
Pedals: kaminagua platform (lush!!)
Front Wheel: hope XC on DV rim, Digger tyre
RearWheel: Chris king classic HD axle and fun bolts on DV rim (unground), Kenda navegal 2.5 Stick-E compound
Front brake: avid BB7 160mm (soooln to be 203 when the adaptor arrives) with XTR lever/cable
Rear Brake: HS33 polished lever with gold bolt, Heatsink booster and koolstop pads (Heatsink blues on their way!)
Seat/post: SDG I-Beam with gold bolt / SDG I-fly C

the rear brake works suprisingly well considering the pad/rim setup!

-
got mine built up yesterday evening, got a blue/gold thing going on caled do you have problems with your tyre rubbing on the booster ? i'm running a DV fim with a kenda nevegal 2.5 and i had to modify the booster so it wouldn't rub! oh and it rides niiiiiiiice
-
nice bike! i hope my one comes soon! got everything waiting to be fitted!
-
Pulling a disc brake lever with the wheel out
I´m always doing that!
Putting in a brand new innertube then whilst trying to put the tyre over with a tyre lever i punture it.
-

-

i heard that leeson are going to get 24" chrome odyssey hazzardlite rims in, is this true? i've also heard that he doesn't ship overseas! can anyone clear this up for me? aaaaaaand does anyone know the price?
ooh another thing.. does this.. lok alright for the rear?, the spec sounds descent.. "Downhill version has 2 ply construction, wire bead and STICK-E Compound for better grip"
well i bought it, and it looks alright, nice tread pattern and a good volume, sidewalls aren't as thick as i was expecting but thicker than the DMR diggers, when i get my bike built up ill give it a thrashing
oh and the price is very reasonable aswell..(well at lest over here ) it retails at 25 euros, which is roughly the same as the DMRs
some photos...

the brand new trials park in sabadell, built right next to a skate park...the best of both worlds...
-
that was the bollox!!!! haha i love your helmet too (in a non-offensive way )
good riding, what bike is that?
-
san andreas in real life he even rides with the same style!!
-
I reccomend sdg i beam seat and post! they are really good! the seat weighs 120g! and doesnt have weak rails to bend.
LISTEN TO THIS MAN!!! he knooows what he's talking aboot, i've got the I-fly C, bloody light nice and compact, but still comfy, or if you want mega light (like 120 for a seat... ) then the I-fly, less material and a slimmer body, both excellent seats!, is it for a 24UK by any chance...

I spoke to chris other weekend at nationals, yes it will be a ti frame, but i dont reckon it will be out to sell soon. He's just riding a Megamo radicl frame ATM stickered up with mongoose. You may of seen it in the lastest EARTHED 3 DVD. I reckon waynio would be able to give you more info soon.
theee most ghetto old school bike i've seen the shit he did on that thing was amazing, people relly need to see this guy riding in the flesh! he made me get my enthusiasm back for trials
-
frickin' hope so think i'll just wait a little bit longer
