hi middleburn used to make 18 tooth rings cause my mates had one but he broke 4 or 5 teeth of it.

tatridge has a point just put water in your system they may not have desighned it to take water but in my opinion it feels alot better that magura blood( or whatever they call it)

if you look on chainreaction they are called clippless pedals. at the moment i use flat padals.

all i tohught was that they coudl be an easyer of getting my bike stuff etc. it was only an idea i had thats all. thanks ian

hi i was just wondering if anybody uses these style of pedals, because i was thinking of getting a pair. i know you have to use a certain type of shoe with them aswell. what i was wanting to no is if it is easy to get your feet of the pedals if you have to and what are they like to ride with? thanks ian.
