Of course war isn't fought like that any more, but if i was 18 in 1939, and the Germans were doing shit that they shouldn't be doing then i'd much rather be fighting than be sat at home like a pansy learning how to speak german.

And those saying you couldn't kill someone for your contry. If some soldier in iraq was trying to kill you, i know for a fact everyone would be able to kill them if they got the chance. Its just natural insitinct to protect yourself. Kill or be killed.

WW... lets face it, you didn't have to be 18, boys as young as 14 got in, its sick. Right on the single for Last Train Home they had done a cover of Justin Timberlake's Cry me a river, I want to use this song for a video (so nobody do it before I finish filming) and was just wondering if anyone had it, or could find it? Its strange but I think this technique helps more with 20" riders, as it seems harder to get the same level of pre-load as us stock boys can. When you look at Neil Tunnicliffe gap he uses the same technique as Mr Porter, which requires a bit of roll and ALOT of power, but he also uses the pinch gap to great effect. Craig on the other hand will Pinch gap alot more than power gap, he manages to get so much force on that 0.10psi rear wheel its unbelievable! I think I'm going to try learn the pinch gap as I seem to be able to power gap quite far now but I'd prefer to gap a bit more controlled like.

I think a longer reach stem would do you some good, around 90mm if you want a bridge, and as your sorting out the gearing it should be ok. What hub are you running on the rear and on what rims? This will make a fair bit of difference as you want a light feeling rear end for ups etc.
The transition frame may have some back wheel issues? As its not trials specific geometry I can only imagine that control will be an issue so maybe a more trials specific frame would also be an idea, look at Leesons and Curtis' for info!

Same, I havn't sped since I posted (like page 3) For me it was more the whole new driver thing that made me speed so now its like "I have the missus in the car, I'd rather not kill anybody, I like my insurance being below 2 grand..." So yeah 30 in a 30, 45 downhill in a 40 :blink: Bout it! (Not hit a motorway yet, NERVOUS! 1.2 Fiesta... nice)

Tryall shoes are closer to £60 aint they? Mine are lush, I ride in them all the time, I'd hate not to now! The feel you get is alot more posotive with the pedals, theres alot less "I want to slip" and alot more "GRIPPPPPPP" I used to ride in skate shoes but they tended to feel too bulky and not very nice, there was alot less pedal feel and alot more slippage! I passed on friday, I've been speeding allready... not intentionally and only by 5 mph (down a hill) but I don't tend to do it because of fear of hitting someone... With my brother/parents I don't speed, on my own I like a lil rag, I'm still sort of showing off that I can drive! My girlfriend got home from holiday today and wants me to take her out now I KNOW 100% I am never going to speed with her in the car! I AM scared for my passengers in my car!
I also don't like to speed because if I get caught then I'm fooked :"> twice in two years and bye bye! I hate moblie speed cameras!

I personally would prefer a profile, untill the new hope is out, then I'll get me one of them! Simple really, they don't f**k around as much as kings "I have to send them away so I dont die" If i'm spending that much on a hub, I want someone to fly it over, fit it for me, service it for me 3 times a week and do the washing up!
