  1. Revisited some old lines to see if I could do them better. Also managed to find some new things to ride!
  2. http://richmondtrials.com/videos/K-124%20-%20Anything%20You%20Synthesize.mp4 Here's that source file download link It's very high bitrate and plays at 60fps, so you'll need a pretty up to date computer to run it.
  3. Thanks for the positive comments guys. Any interest in the original 60fps file for download?
  4. The rear disc is one of the biggest appeal of 20" for me
  5. The brakes have been just awesome I think this is a better solution than having to run the hope V2 on the rear. I've attached some more bike porn
  6. thanks for the positive comments
  7. My girlfriend and I decided to go on a roadtrip along the western coast of Taiwan. We started the trip on the same day as Frank, but didn't end up running into him. Our priority wasn't riding, so there isn't a lot of that in the first segment. The second segment was shot prior to the trip. Enjoy the video
  8. The bike was weighed on a parktool scale. Parts that are not standard issue koxx : - Reset titanium bottom bracket with echo bolts - The wheels now have DT revolution spokes - rear maxxis ultralight tube, front continental race tube - Titanium echo SL freewheel - Try-all prototype stem
  9. If you were astute enough to notice the differentiation between each clip you'll know that I actually did that line fairly quick. I can't say I like the choppy editing on that part myself though. I wanted to let Kevin Minato have the say in editing. I've been away from home for 3 months, so these lines are "new" for me.
  10. Finally, a full video on my Sky 2. I've had this bike for a month now, and I'm really getting along with it. The bike is very enjoyable to ride, and is not as extreme and twitchy as I anticipated. I've been riding every day since I've gotten the bike, and feeling stronger than ever. Video was shot with a Canon 60d (Sigma 30 f1.4) and a Sony HX9v. The bonus chest cam footage was shot on a GoPro. Editing was done on Adobe Premiere and After effects. Huge thanks for K-124 for their support, and Kevin Minato with filming and editing. Music - Metronomy - She Wants
  11. You mean showing resemblance in characteristics to a Gulfstream G650?
  12. Looking really good I'll be in London in a couple weeks. Show me around?
  13. You can get it when you drive back to vancouver
  14. Just received my new Sony HX9v this morning, and thought I'd take it out on a little test shoot. Unfortunately, the shots came out slightly more overexposed than what was shown on the camera display. The lack of manual control also means that the shots need to be better planned out.I am extremely impressed with this camera's video capabilities. The 1080 60p format is great, and the integrated stereo mic seems better than the 5d mk2 and the 60d I used. For just under $400, this is a great secondary camera to the 5d mk2. If you need to have shots that don't require DOF effect, I'd argue that this camera is even better than any Canon HDSLR
  15. I'm not super pleased with the quality of this video. I accidentally set the ISO to 1250 on some of the day time shots, and I forgot to lock the white balance. Hopefully we'll shoot some better clips in the next few weeks =)
  16. I may or may not be around. Definitely come up for some events though!
  17. Yes I am aware that I made a video of myself Enjoy!
  18. That and the last move in the edited segment
  19. Manual focus works the same as a DSLR, which is great. Shooting at 1/60 (180 shutter) at night works well with the brighter lenses
