Most employers would look at your experience more than an NVQ, unless you do an NVQ and keep plugging on for the extra levels/units to make it something more worthwhile.
My boss doesn't even think me doing a BSc is worth it....

Quick opinion poll..... I started seeing a girl and for the last four weeks she's been pretty busy and we've not seen each other at all, she's always got pretty good excuses for being busy but do I beleive her or just give up? I'm thinking the latter, i'm a man of principle, and 4 weeks is f**king ages.

I'd be a slag, i'd manipulate people, moan, whinge, cry, get myself off, feel my awesome boobs, hang around in girls changing rooms and hopefully won't be on my period.

Speeding in some instances, e.g. motorways, doesn't really seem so bad, but 55mph in a 30mph zone sounds a bit OTT?
Yeah theres a time and a place, and doing nearly twice the speed limit and not even noticing something as obvious as a cop car doesn't fill me with much confidence. If they/you do get an NIP within 14 days then tough, they're the consequences, if not then they/you are lucky and will hopefully start paying attention or slowing down.
Police only really pull you over with the handheld guns I think or if they've been following you.

But yeah, back on topic - you're gonna have to paint it or get it out with abrasives, so you may as well try the latter first and if you do end up needing to paint it then you're only doing what you were going to do first.

Once me and a 'chemistry enthusiast' friend mixed a cocktail of various flammable liquids in his shed, poured a bit out of the bottle into a tobacco tin lid and set it alight, when it went 'whoosh' he jumped up and knocked the whole bottle over setting fire to some netting and cardboard on his shed floor but somehow we managed to put it out by jumping around like the morons we were.
Another time, same friend and same shed, we decided it would be interesting to see if a slug reacted to bleach and meths like it did salt, once content with our findings we cremated it, this time outside the shed, once it was blazing away his neighbour came strolling down the garden in an effort to hide it from him we booted it into the shed with results the same as the first time, christ knows what his neighbour though.
A bet with another friend over whether or not line marker pain was flammable not had a dramatic effect on some dried bushes. We also found a method to make an electronically detonated hand grenade type device, it would have worked in theory but the thing got pretty damp and i think the batteries we used were flat. Other than that it was mainly routine smoke bombs and dismantling shotgun cartridges.
