Yeah talking about wearing lids my uncle recently had an accident on his bike. Broke his arm and in the process of falling off hit his head on the concrete. Good job he was wearing a lid. Dad won't let me leave without mine now! Fair do's though it does save lives and what difference will a helmet make when your riding?... It's light and efficient enough to do its job properly. I'd rather have the comfort of knowing I had that little extra protection instead of sitting there after thinking what if i had worn my lid :ermm:

Hey having a few problems with some of the videos I download in the Sites, Vids and Pics area. For instance some videos I have downloaded don't lag (run slowly and at times freeze even though sound carrys on as normal) and run perfect and never have a problem viewing them but others such as the Barnstaple Vid 2 lags and its annoying as I holiday in Ilfracombe, Devon every year so nearly every day I pass through the area and so want to see what the areas like for riding but the image will freeze and then jump further along the video but the sound will run as normal. I don't think theres more than half a second where the video runs smoothly. So my computers old but with many other videos its fine and I've closed most programme tasks but still no luck so anyhelp? I have a hunch it might be something to do with the video compression but I may just be chatting Gibberish! Well thanks for anyhelp given :-

Hey all haven't been on the forum for ages! Decided to get into trials last year then just went off the idea till i saw sense and am back on course! :) Basically I'm buying my mates old Monty X-Lite 01 with Magura HS33's and ENO Freewheel. I'm planning on upgrading the frame to a more recent frame. Had a look about and have decided to narrow it down to the new Zona Zipp or if not then I was wondering where I could get an ECHO Team 04 if theres any still about new due to the shop having not sold them. Any help much appreciated and its good to see the light again and get my arse in gear so to speak! Cheers for any help (Y)
