  2. Our local council is hopefull building a trials park, we have been approached by councilors. we are now about to come to desgn stages. hope it goes well for you guys moza
  3. looking good. nice white maggys to moza
  4. hey, well if you get a try-all freewheel the lock ring which is the part that loosens is on the opposite side to normal so it doesnt come loose. you can get welded freewheels but you cannot service them so i wouldnt buy one. freewheels dont come loose often so it doesnt mater. but all it involves is putting a small screw driver into a hole and tapping the lockring round till its tight. moza
  5. i had this problem on my koxx levelboss. and it was because there was loads of thread lock on the bolt(blue or red stuff) and it made the axel spin causing the snail cam to turn. i just cleaned it of the bolt and put a dab of grease on it. try that, i cannot realy say much more. moza
  6. maybe try to put some light grease on the the blot and in between the snail cam and frame ect. are the cams on the outside of the dropout or the inside(hub side)? moza
  7. do they go looser or tighter, they may be the wrong way round. also you may want a washer on the bolt to. moza
  8. i thinck you will find Ali-c is riding an mbk at the moment, but the prototype frame should apear soon according to Ali-c
  9. no probs, i would get a kmc kool from tarybikes, thats the best chain in my oppinion. moza
  10. well beacuse it snapped on something so small, and i thought there is nothing wrong woth a kmc kool. i am not sure how old his chain was, maybe it was old. no idea. what chain you running at the moment, you having any problems? moza
  11. i have had no personal experience of them myself but, my mate had one and it snapped, but all chains snap also you would be able to get a better chain tension beacause you would only have to take one link out not a pair. i was going to get one but was persuaded away from it. moza
  12. Hey Steve, welcome to trials-forum, hope you get all the info you need out of all us guys. that looks like one nice bike , good luck with the riding, and as people have said i would move upto 26" after you get good moza
  13. Hey, either an avid BB7 or a hope mono trials. moza
  14. Is anybody riding there on sunday?
  15. i have a new the new echo 07 rim, its imence. i would definatley reccomend one for a 26" but i have had no experience with the 20" version. i assume its exactly the same but smaller diameter. also i wouldnt even bother with the echo 06 rims because they are to weak as the holes in them are to weak. moza
  16. with a helicoil you would have to drill and the hole bigger, this would therfore reduce the amount of material in your bb axel making it weaker and more likley to snap. and also you would have trouble tapping the heat treated steel that bb axels are made from. to be honest i would just get a new one for the sake of £15. moza
  17. Personally i thinck it is pointless, you mayaswell rap it in cotton wool. i dont understand why your frame would sweat either, the only thing its going to do is add weight and make your bike look weird. ( no offence to people that have them). moza
  18. I would desempble the TPA assemble and lube it all up. you may find that it has broken internally. about you wheels you will need to get some cone spanners and tighten the cones up a little untill the woble has gone but so that the axel still spins freely. moza
  19. Hey, Joypad blues on a nice light sharp grind, works very well. i would stay away from tar at all costs is horrible. if you are going to get some joypads contact Ali-C. cheers moza
  20. I had a 160mm on my mod it was insane. i would recomend getting one. realy grabby and loads of power. moza
  21. Blackstone edge! miles upon miles of rock. endless riding moza
  22. To be honest it realy is not worth the hastle. if you miss bits out it could be very painfull. i have done it before when i rode mods, i had to recut the rachet, it did work but i do much bigger stuff now and i would not trust it. i would get a try-all freewheel. had one since x-mass and its mint. well worth the money. try-all freewheel @ tartybikes. Moza
  23. i would have thought that that pneumatic hosing would be fine its basically the same as magura hose. but it can run upto 200 psi. i am sure that a magura runs at less than than. would like to know what presure it does though...... moza
  24. yer just wondered, i cannot find it anywhere. i could probly find some pnematic hose which would do. Cheers moza
