you could file a hole in your top cap and starnut, Ali-c did it on his old bmx worked fine. moza

If it has a slightly flared headtube there is your problem, it may not flex or move when not under load, but when you ride it it may move slighly. take you cup out of your frame give the cup and frame a good clean. then apply bearing fit to both frame and headset surfaces. leave it 24 hours then try it might work, its worth a try. moza

your wheel is not dished enough to clear that caliper, or the distance from flange to flange is to great. you may need to to get a new hub or get you wheel re dished. i would get it dished first and see how it works. moza

yer it is good stuff, i used it on my t-rex. worked a treat. rub it in with a bit of rag until it goes all black and manky, then rub the dirty polish of with a soft clean rag and you will have a nice polished frame. moza
