  1. I guess this is what you are looking for: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/SearchR...arch=hope+shims
  2. Shims are for moving the caliper inwards or outwards. You wont be able to fix this problem with shims. It sounds like 180mm caliper to me, you should try a 180mm rotor.
  3. The bashring sits on the bb cup. The forks legs has been drilled out at various places, like the legs and the bottom of the tubes, the upper middle where the forks joining into the body also has been drilled and filed out. After the filing and drilling i gave it a nice shiney black paint.
  4. Mat Smith!!: I got this here (Hungary) from a normal bike store called Mali. Its almost identical to the famous trialtech. Its also pretty light, and believe it or not, its very cheap, which means it was 4.500.- HUF wich is something like 15.- gbp...

  6. Hmmm, I guess you guys are wrong. Vincent is gonna be there.... http://vincenthermance.blogspot.com/ "Yesterday and today I rode with Franck in La Rochelle. Last training before the great departure to Australia."
  7. Or could loose the maggy mounts too
  8. She is beutiful, i mean...... the bike....... ehhh ......
  9. I dont think you need anything else thats longer or bigger riser. That will just do the fine. You have the standard bar/stem combo for a mod bike.
  10. Joe? Any opinion on the bb height? +80 for example?? Please! What do you think? Im pretty sure it would be a very great comp frame. This could be a very big concurrency for the koxx skys...
  11. Heres a little video about my friend. He is a pretty talented and young rider. http://vimeo.com/6012702
  12. I must say that this bike is by far the best one i have ever seen. I guess this is my dream bike at the moment!!
  13. Just think about it. A dual disced, FULL black Onza, with no brake sounds, now that would be STEALTH!!!
  14. By the way, for the color idea: This frame looks like an F117 nighthawk. I would paint it matte black with shiney black onza decails on it. It would look stealth and simple. Notihing fancy or colorful...
  15. I have the first generation echo lite, which has the thin steerer tube. It was a maggy/disc version, but i have removed the maggy mounts, and did some drilling on it. Its 700g now, which is very very good. Its still going strong after 2.5 years. Not a single crack or anything...
  16. Yeah, now i see your point. It would awsome to have a really high bb"ed" double disc frame which isnt 300+ pounds, but i really doubt that this is what the mentioned frame is going to be.
  17. Im not saying that they should copy a frame, im just saying that they should try and make a real high bb frame. What i see is that all the current competition mod riders using high bb frames. Im sure there would be many more people using onza bikes on competitons if they would make a +80/disc/low weighted frame. Btw: the +70 is pretty high too.
  18. Sorry for bringing this up again, but you guys should make a higher bb frame, like +80, i know it sounds pretty crazy, but take a look at those koxx sky frames, they do ride very well with those +80. Damn, i guess i have to start save up some money.
  19. So you just removed the pics? I didnt meant to be rude or something, sorry.
  20. Posting pictures without description is just a stupid idea. Fork: Completely redesigned. The main novelty is that the shank of the management is totally of a piece. Now the two branches of the fork are welded directly to the shank of the address, which is also thicker. The result is a lighter, higher strength and removal of glue from joints using fork and steering rod. Now the fork is 100% made of aluminum 7005-T6 Transmission: After several months of testing, Monty presents a new transmission ratio of 15/10, keeping the gear ratio (1.5) but gaining distance between the ground and the shield, which is also new invoice and lighter muchísmo that the former Eagle Claw. Another novelty is that the gear on this model is completely sealed (waterproof) preventing the entry of water, dust and dirt thanks to two pieces of plastic act as dust covers. The small 10 tooth fixed gear is also revolutionary. The thickness of the teeth is different now. The chains have a link width than the other and the new fixed gear Monty matches the string with a tooth thicker than the next, improving traction during pedaling. Hubs: More light. Adapting to the new rear wheel, 10 teeth, with a smaller diameter screw and consequent savings in weight. Weight: Total weight of the new Kamel XXV is 8695 kg
  21. Someone should def upload it to vimeo, so people can download it in a better quality. I need this on my hdd!
  22. Im pretty sure its your bottom bracket. Had the same problem a couple of times now. Just tightened the bb and the noises gone.
  23. Two amazing mod rider in a video, what else could you aks for.... Damn, keep it up!
  24. Daaamn, that was some impressive riding!
  25. I would say the trialtech is a pretty great choice in quality/price...
