  1. This bike was only made out of plastic, it was just a demo model, not a real bike. There was a sign in front of it saying DO NOT TOUCH!! haha. Another new idea, wonder what it would ride like ( not when made out of plastic lol) Scott
  2. Brilliant pics fjortis!! Theres some of me woooo, im cool! Dad likes the ones of him I think. Scott
  3. Just got back home, 2 full days of driving with the crisps, all fun!!! Had a brilliant time, loads of fun! The competition was good, sections were set out perfect, mix of hard and easy stuff, i had one of my best rides of the year, apart from two 5's which really cost me, one was for leaning and one was because i messed up an easy rock about 1 foot from the end gates! Finished 11th, should of done better. Well done to all of out riders, saturday and sunday ones. But big well done to ryan crisp for getting 4th in his first ever world round! ( All down to his minder ) Im not taking sides in this argument, Because i like people on both sides!! but what ive Heard was that - wayne refused (?) to wear his shirt, and added to the stuff that happend earlier in the year, was the raeson he's been banned ( or threatend?). Ben took some letters off his shirt and put the shirt that barry lent him on backwards, so you couldnt read the writing, and after that wayne said something to barry and gave him a rude gesture apparently. Silly kids! But i dont know, hope it all gets sorted, we dont want the team to get any smaller than it already is!! Overall, good times, roll on japan! A happy Scott
  4. Woo leaving tomorrow morning! Me and ryan had last min training session this afternoon ( fixing session lol) Cant wait, really looking forward to it, think all the brit riders could do well in their classes. If not, it'll be a laugh!!! Scott ( p.s. thanks to tarty for sending much needed bits nice and fast )
  5. QUOTE(hugh_b @ Jul 30 2007, 07:22 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>yes good on the back wheel but tap like a shopping trolley and having a minimal rise bb ie +10mm or +20 doesnt really make much difference to backwheel control or sidehopping, it's perfect! Tom i do believe there may be a short version of the limey avaliable soon so might be worth giving onza/supercycles a call? -Hugh Ill tell vince, cesar and the cousts that then hugh
  6. I think a caisso would suit you tom, your about the same size. But i think a high bb bike(e.g,k-sas) would help you make the change from 20" easier, it did with me, as its a lot more backwheel friendly
  7. Koxx KARBON?? 1075 mm 380 mm 71.5° +25mm
  8. Tom, do you want a 26" that you can ride basically the same as your 20", hoppy n techy Or do you want a 26" that you have to change your style for, ride it "proper" 26" style? Just go through the entire koxx range, bound to find something you like!
  9. DONT DO IT TOM!!! Im not oging to give you advise because you shouldnt change.end of! but if you wanted a k-sas............................ Scott
  10. Their just lucky im not in master yet!! In your expert opinion wayne, how do you reckon us brits will do in expert? Scott

  15. Dont complain man, at least you've got something!!
  16. I think this happens to every rider from time to time. I've been riding 11 years now and sometimes i want to ride everyday all day not stop, other times i wont touch my bike for a week.Just the way it is. But if you dont feel like ridng dont force yourself to, it will only make it worse! Just have some time off, try and find new things to ride even if it is just a kerb, it will help. Dont ride just to improve, just have a laugh, and ride for the sake of riding. It'll be ok man!! Dont quit!! Scott
  17. When i broke my scaphoid a few years ago i tried riding the day after, ( and the day before) i got my cast off, big mistake. If you can just leave it for a week, then just get back on you bike, doing little things, getting used to it and building a bit more strength in your wrist. It shouldnt be long before its back to normall. I rode a comp about a week-2 weeks after mine, and it was bearable for most of it, by the end it was a bit sore, but i was riding again. Hope its ok man!
  18. The thing is he's still a test rider, so hes really just testing how light( how many things hecan drill/take off) he can make it before it breaks. Tests its limits. Still think its a pretty nice bike, unique, and if all the drilling works, why not!! Scott
  19. I wept while watching that, so amazing At 3:05 ish, wtf!! i just sat starring in shock and confusion. Great video, great riding! Scott p.s. still think my vids are better
