Hey ben we didn't want to portray it as being a big move vid. There is more emphasis on the worlds comp, the editing and the awesome natural riding we've got happening. There should be enough moves to keep you happy though. Thanks jonny... the vids coming out of the UK, including yours have helped spur us on. As for the title... yeah really hope it doesn't become a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's more of a stab at the Australian scene. Magazines here publish articles like 'the decline of trials' and there is very little interest in funding and support. We're going to try and promote it heavily over here so it should have the opposite effect. Maybe it'll become so uncool it becomes cool again or else we'll get a shit load of emos rocking up for rides.

Trials Is Dead Teaser now online. You can download it in mpg or wmv 'right click' + it might stream on the site. Rider/film maker Joel Davis has been filming the trials scene in Oz for the past 2 years for this DVD. It has (IMO) the most comprehensive coverage of last years UCI Worlds in Rotorua, Riding from Australia's best on tonnes of natural, at demos, in the street and at national and state competitions. there's also riding from Thomas Ohler in New Zealand, Uk's Jack Meek here downunder, crash footage and some exciting camera angles. Well there's now a copy in oz. I won't whore it... people can go but it themselves, seeing how quick it was from selectbikes.com. I bought a Xen helmet the same day from chainreaction and payed 60 AUD bucks for shipping.... it arrived the same day as my 1 dollar shipping on GET1 . Great vid! I hadn't seen an all trials vid with heaps of riders since contact. Really liked that intro for john shrewbury and the black and white bit for the footage with TRA and Waynio. I really hope Nick numbered it for a reason and there will be more.

Peace is riding a BT raven 6.0 others were Zoo Boas and a PX Zedbi. Australia is amazing for Trials we have some great natural and I'm sure we've only discovered about 1% of it.
