  1. The face Looks Familiar...... :(
  2. Yeah - the frames look Pimp (Y)
  3. Yeah, thats the worst thing about it - as i used all the footage to "Bulk" it up - it does get repetitive. but hey - the main purpose is to show it to event organizers for promotion! thanks ;)
  4. this demo just shows you how much fun you can have with 2 skips and some palets! :- enjoy 18-06-05
  5. since no one has posted any pics - i'll have to start! YES - This one i like :shifty: NO- this one i dont (amusing though)! :shifty: My bird refuses to ride a bike with no seat :)

    New Vid

Excellent: i enjoyed watching that too (Y) liked the technique and scenery: was good that you kept riding even after falling off & getting wet. :deej: The music selection was'nt bad at all - relaxing in a way! :)
  8. Adam - i'm not a complete spaz! i know that the soles are not made of foam. Who cares what compounds the rubber is made from = the shoes obviously dont work right - and thats why i started the topic YOu are quite definsive about trials shoes = you must sell them or something :) my foot position on the pedal is fine = how is yours?
  9. I was in exactly the same position as you not long ago.... i even contacted koxx fr. and they were symphatec - but not interested in the slightest. bottom line is: YOu pays your money...and gets your foam even though the ribos have a different sole than the try-alls, it is still foam and will start to rip in the usuall places. Finally in terms of ankle support _ you gotta be joking! you get the same effect from wearing 2 pairs of socks ;) if you want ankle support you'd have as much luck with these: LOL :)
  10. From my experience its a trade........performance or wear if you want; wear DCs with a hard rubber sole and they will last forever But if you look - all the top riders have foam soles and all trials shoes have foam soles. My point is that cheapy foam soled shoes will give you 1st class performance with out the associated costs. And if they do die after a year = £8 is easier to pay to replace them rather than £90 for RIBOS :)
  11. tell me about it - that was just all the footage thrown in a pile. i totally agree - that 51 seconds of video represents a 5 hr ride on sunday :) i just dont have the dicipline to take footage and ride!!! :)
  12. this was becoming quite of an issue for me after i want through 2 pairs of shoes with in a year: koxx try-all boots and a pair of adidas climacools. It seemed that my DMR terror pins had a blood thirst for foam and flesh from my shins! so....i went about trying to get, yet another replacement for my pedals to devour There were two main options: another pair of koxx try-all boots from bikedock to last me another season for £60 quid or a pair of the famous coustelliers: the only problem i had were that they had a similar shitty foam sole that would only last another 1/2 season and cost £90!!! + Ribo's are just taking the piss for a piece of leather. My patients were running thin and so were the soles on my climacools, so much so that there were 3 holes on the right shoe and 1 in the in-step of my foot! Until one day - i decided to call into the shoe zone (cheapy shoe shop) where all footware was priced in single figures. I found these: perfect foam based soles, no laces = compared to my koxx try-all shoes these are 1/2 the weight!!!! ;) They are dead comfortable, they fit well & are basically disposable. They perform better than my koxx try-all's and are lighter!!!! The Reciept says it all! go to www.shoezone.net and search for your nearest store. :)
  13. I really need to take more footage, but i just dont hav the dicipline. Its only really a mess about - still learning how to use the basics of adobe premier 6.5: thought id post the footage anyway! Look out for the mad trick at the end ;) Belfast Authority :)
  14. My PB is 48":CHEP palets in my back garden!!! on the pitbull

  20. hi guys, managed to get a tiny bit of footage at the end of the day. It worked out quite well. It was a sponsored event and all procedes went to charity! linky More of a larf than your average seroius as a heart attack zoo video!!! Let me know what you think. enjoy (Y) www.trialsworld.com
  21. I use this - a big fat DMR 16th single speed COG! kills some weight + the gear shifter. When you ride comps, just remove it and whack a cassette back on :S
  22. Hi guys, im lookin a few opinions on chainstay protectors, more or less whats hot and whats not. Got me a new pitbull and need to protect that pretty frame from chain slap!!! does anyone use carbon looking strips???
  23. I agree with this guy - put the effort into your riding Or you can go HARDCORE by using NITROMORSE
  24. Yeah - those are all good gloves - but - you will be hard pushed to beat these 2 X for £20 posted The most comfortable gloves i have worn - (i have 7 other different pairs) They dont have any uncomfortable upper hand protection sewn on and they are £10 each!!! bargain (Y)
