I just wanted to test the water to see if I'm the only person suffering from this. My Job takes up a lot of my time, both working and free, and I'm finding it really difficult to find the time to get out and ride. This is having a severe effect on my enthusiasm. Am I the only one to suffer from this?

Just wanted a general opinion really from people. I'm selling my Adamant to go back to an 05 MAD Saracen Frame simply because I hated the feel of a really high bottom bracket. I've gone the opposite way to everyone recently, and have gone for a short frame simply cause i like m riding to be flicky and flowing. I try and link a lot of moves. Getting on the Adamant made my riding 10* worse from the very beginning. Up's and spins were basically out of the question, as were G Turns and Front Hops. I've jst ordered a new frame, and I know getting back on a Zero Axle frame should improve my riding. What's peps views on High BB's?

I'm working in Tunbridge Wells over the next week or so, and was just wondering if anyone is free for an evening ride?

I think the easiest way would be to learn to de weight the back wheel. On a small kerb or something, try gapping from longer and longer distances, and trying to land as soft as possible but trying to take the weight off your feet, and take the impact through the rest of your body

Good point
Consider it finished
As for making another topic about it, just leave it now its run its course. You'd be more likely to become validated if you put it behind you and tried to be polite and friendly and helpful in other topics instead of bringing the subject up again and looking like a whining little child.
If you wanted to apologise you could have just pm'd them to say sorry i'm sure that would have done you a whole load of good and might have helped get you validated by showing the mods you are responsible enough to take the time to pm them instead of quickly making a thread that will most likely spark off more arguments and excite the other new members into thinking that they can make these kind of threads as well.

You speak about bitchiness being a bit sad, and look at what you'v just written - My point exactly
Darren
Yes i think the bitchiness is a bit sad at times and i know that if they were stood in front of me they wouldn't have the balls to say anything, but that's the nature of the internet!!!!
I've only been on the forum for 2 weeks and posted over 50 times, you've only posted 9 and most of them are about bollocks....

I posted the following message on this site a few days back simply to vent the pure frustration I was feeling at the time. The message will explain this. I never expected it would stir up the hornet's nest that it has. 4 pages of different views, opinions, recommendations, and dislikes. I have to say it was nice to read arguments from both sides, apart from some snide little sarcy comments. I suppose everyone at the end of the day is entitled their own view, and to learn from this will be a good thing. I am barely able to get onto the Internet, with work and one thing and another. To have sarcy little relpy's with people telling me to f**k off because I spoke my mind did annoy me a lot, but like I said i enjoyed reading the replies not only from fellow riders but also the system administrators who keep this place running and all of us talking. Thank you for all the hard work you put into making this site possible. Seeing 2 sides to an argument has changed my perspective, maybe it will everyone else...............

This is the note I posted :
I have recently tried to post a link to an E Bay Site I am selling my Adamant A2 on. I couldn't post it on the Sale Forum as my user name doesn't have permission or something like that. I then get a bitchy reply when I posted the link on the new members site! This is the only one I could. I find it pretty funny that I have been a member for over a year now, and I have sent message after message to upgrade me to the administrators, to which they've ignored, and then I'm the one being had a go at, because i try to think off my own back. I can read, but maybe it's time the administrators start rading there E Mails, and help their user's out! After all, we're the one's making their site successful!

This E Mail is not aimed at anyone in particular, yet people are thinking that it is. I've spoken my mind. i have follwed the instructions in order to get validated, and I have posted regulary and adhered to all instructions layed out. Surely opinions are allowed to be expressed? This is not aimed at anyone in particular, I cannot stress this enough!
After all this, Im still not validated, it appears as though the only way i can get any response is to 1 thing wrong, and then everyone pays attention. Surely this is the wrong way to run things?

Please find attached a link to E Bay to the sale of an Adamant A2 Trials Frame
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...AMESE%3AIT&rd=1
The frame has been used on and off for about 1 month. I am selling the frame reluctantly.

Kent - Folkestone is a Sea Side Town
Where is Folkstone?

Anyone up for a ride in Folkestone or Ashford on Wednesday Evening? Say meet at the Harbour at 7?
-
I've snapped a bolt in the top right thread of my Magura Mount on my Adamant. I've been pondering running an XTR V Brake on the back for ages, and now seems a perfect opportunity to do this. Can I do it? Would I have to tap a larger thread to attach a lug?

Hi Darren
Remember me, i had the Giant Trials Team, got a Koxx Levelboss now.
I would, but i am not aloud my new wheels until Christmas
Adam
Aah I do remeber Sir - shame you can't come. Ashford is a really good ride. Trouble is, it's hard to break the rumours of Ashford being crap. As Ben said, when we first went on a ride there, if you go with someone who knows the area, I can guarantee Ashford is one of the best places to ride in Kent!

Anyone up for riding Ashford in Kent, on Xmas Eve?
