  3. Skim read fail

I've got 2 downhill bikes and a road bike over here, then an old Hawzee Giant, a Ryan Leech Norco and half a Giant ATX in the UK still, I ride one of the DH bikes a couple of hours every couple of weeks, about to retire that too for winter and get the snowboards back out :D

Will that also do chassis rails. (i can only wish)

I got a load of Knead It for free, at present it's holding at least 2 exhausts together, the wing mirror on my van, rebuilt a coolant flange after I snapped it removing it, it's awesome shit I love it  you can even drill and tap it once it's set!

Right I fixed one fuel leak by changing the fuel delivery line but I put a bunch of fuel in and parked pointing downhill and the main leak has shown itself.

It's fairly accessible but it is leaking from the seam of the tank where it has corroded. Now I'd much prefer to not have to drop the tank and replace it as it is a big job on a forester and there's lots of rusty bolts under there while I'm also on a budget. Is there anything that I could use to seal it that anyone knows of from the outside? It doesn't have to look pretty I'm just looking for a cheap quick fix for my beater of a car.

We sell a fuel tank repair putty type product at work, the name of which escapes me but it does exist. Basically a fuel resistant 2 part epoxy clay type thing same as Knead It (probably exactly the same in fact but marketed as a fuel tank specific kit) that you squash into any holes and sets like metal (Y)

note ,are chemtrails making anyone ill ? we cant really decide ,apparently its to conceal planes ,like some kind off off radar shit.

Chucking a mile long vapour trail out of the back of any vehicle is a good way of concealing its location I find.

  7. Trouble is, you come on with your mightier than thou attitude because you are enlightened to the evil of the world as though most aren't aware that governments and the super rich are corrupt, when in reality everyone knows the world is f**ked and why, we simply don't give enough of a shit or have enough time to sit around smoking weed reading about the puppet master shadow demons running the show, we actually have lives to get on with (Y)

  8. I love conspiracy theorists, I find myself arguing with my stoner cousins on Facebook pretty regularly, usually ends up with me asking a simple question and them waffling on about completely unrelated matters on the same topic.

Chemtrails is always a good one, it's usually that the government is doing it to dumb down the world and mind control bla bla, and the question "so how come it isn't working on you?"

Or the frequent arguments that hemp and hemp products should be legal and me telling them for the 100th time that hemp products ARE legal and you can buy them in a number of average highstreet shops.

    Idiots everywhere.

Thanks for the comment though, are you feeling OK? You've liked a few of my posts recently and I'm not sure if you're building something up inside???? :P

Can't beat a spotlessly done conversion, and anything electrical in these sorts of jobs is way beyond my capabilities so it's impressive to read/look at and not something I've seen 100x before :)

I'll get back to ripping it out of you when the jobs done and you go back to just cleaning it and coming up with crap ideas like bonnet vents because everything else is fine and you have an itch to scratch

Just needs an ali header tank and that will look mega!

That would look gash, would cheapen the whole look of an otherwise immaculate conversion.

On a par with fitting an anodised blue oil cap as a finishing touch.

  11. Probably no help whatsoever but MK2 Golfs are famed for 2nd gear crunch and it's always Redline MTL that comes up as the recommended (which 10 seconds on Google tells me is GL4) and I've had good experience with in the past :)
