  1. Exactly what I was about to mention!
  2. I don't know but I measured my ZOO! riser bars and it is 760mm when measured straight above end to another end. These feel super comfortable and lot nicer than flatbars, especially TryAll yourself replicas.
  3. I got my ZOO! Python yesterday and installed the ENO free wheel straight away. I was like :- because it is bloody amazing! Engages almost immediately and feels very firm and accure. It haven't skipped once even thouhg there was -9 celcius at evening.. I had been told that ENOs are bit stiff rolling but I haven't noticed anything like that! It is smoother than ACS Claws that ZOO! had assembled with. Very the best freewheel out there. Way to go!
  4. If thinking about "double drive" i.e. one free wheel per crank. The left side freewheel would have to be LSD (Left Side Drive in this case...) model and crank threads would be opposite then. If running normal crank/freewheel setting on left side everything would come loose immediately. That is ok if you have always wanted to ride backwards with your trial bike though... Stick with the normal system, nothing to fix with it. Optimal.
  5. Caged pedals are also very modifyable, you can drill excess matrerial, remove the inner gage sharpen the gripping points... But I have to agree that those loose ball bearings are " a bit" shite ones, but with decent maintance they will last pretty long. Also vp ones are cheap.
  6. I have normally one riding friend at work day evenings but on holiday/weekends we ride with 1-18 other trialsers. More people equals more hasle yet more fun. "Show and ride". I almost never ride alone, it isn't that rewarding and with good friend you advance faster.
  7. Very clever... you cut the hot glue thingy to five pieces and clued 'em to a backing. Sorry but my mate has done this before and I can say that that's suck. Pad hasn't very good power and lock but wears _VERY_ quickly! About 30 minutes of full on riding and then they just die. Also hot clue gun patron leaves some very annoying residue to the braking surface, sorta rubbery stuff that you have to scrape away. Also this compound of pad doesn't work good at all in wet. "It looked like a good idea back then..." I'm not 100% sure that you used hot glue gun thingy on your brakes... but it looks very similar... edit: I'm typoing...
  8. If I got fully paralyzed and couldn't move my hands no more I would choose dying instead. Just because I have three very important things in my life: girl friend, music (I'm guitarist) and ofcourse bike trials. I couldn't make without riding, playing, having good time with girlfriend, bike or/and guitar. I rode within my own abilities and dent never try pulling any "crazy" street kind of stuff, mostly because I ride "only" natural. edit: Changed my mind... I would choose life.
  9. Yep. I think that some bashring/sprocket combinations won't take that chain because It looks bit wide from that side where the head of the bolt is. But I think that the bolt is only on one side so fitting it another way around would solve this chainring clearing issue.
  10. Izumi chain lock Super small and poor pic. (Y)
  11. I'm 58kg/128lbs and I ran 15psi in rear and 12psi in front for natural with TryAll stickys. For urban (very rarely... :)" ) I increase the pressure a bit.
  12. Hi guys, I have quite big hands (gloves 11/XL) and I wan't some grips with a bit thicker diameter but not too soft and spongy. I get terrible ache to my fingers if I use too thin grips. Any recomendations(sp?), please?
  13. I absolutely agree with you! "I can't do (or even try) it cos I'm short ass." Pushing yourself mentally and knowing your own abilities is really important in trials.
  14. No, my mate is ~6.2' and he sucks. He dents to strugle when it comes to riding smoothly and accurately. Bigger = clumsier. I'm aprox. 5.7' and I do lot better than many taller riders.
  15. I have also had back aches... I started to train my lover back muscles and that seems to help really! Also it gives a bit better feel to riding. As always in trials, everything affects everything.

    Warning!

Oh dear... :( I hate these scammers. I'm quite sure that no one will be buying anything from he... pics are totally shite and the guy doesn't even know what bike his is... T-pro with T-mag sticker... "very rare". Yeah right.
  17. I'm right handed and footed, on bike right foot forwards, prefer side hop to right, rotating equally to both directions.
  18. Sounds nice! I'm getting mine with out testing... It arrives 'till next wednesday... How does it feel on the back wheel?
  19. How do you find longer rear end to feel? Just for curiosity.
  20. (Y) Leesons are neat. I'm getting a brand new ZOO! Python with WI ENO trials freewheel next week!
  21. I would spend bit more to get the Echo. Ultra6 aluminium that is. Much more pro(ish) than some Black Mamba that almost every one seems to have. It's a real thing. Looks much better too!
  22. "Use the force Will!" I think that no one gain any kind of extra "power" with different bar combo/adjustement but I see that it can really help to economize rider's hand movements and weight sifting leading to easier bike handling.
  23. when you are playing indoor basket ball and some shoes squeak... (Y) trials! Rimjam reds? BLOXX and tar?
