sections were not great lol stupid running order to which made me miss section 5 on my 1st lap, the easiest one of the lot and incur a 10 point penalty which cost me about 5 places in the rankings. was really tempted to miss france and got to the uci instead but i,ll stick it out and hopefully france will be much better. In biarritz now, me tom, and slinger all went surfing yesterday was a good laugh!

Can't wait for this event, I fly home on the saturday night from Spain so will be trecking up on the sunday morning. I'm going back to Spain on the monday as well so going to be really tight but more than worth the effort to ride at such a brilliant venue. Weather will be perfect then to. See you all there Patt

Brilliant trial today, really enjoyed that venue and the sections, had no brakes for the last 2 laps but still really enjoyed myself today. Thank you to Pam and Dave Bradely for putting me up for the night on saturday. Hopefully be able to get to some more essex trials before the end of the year.

Carlos is an wesome rider, he beat me at the spanish championships in teurel, had a chat with him after, he was riding to just messing about and well out doing de la pena after the trial. He's got awesome power, but watch his face when he pulls a move haha it is very funny!
