Hi there mate. What i did was searched on www.download.com for some compression softwear, then it brings a list of differetn softwears up then yu choose which you want to download. The best are the ones that have the most downloads. Hope this helps. cheers joe

Hi there mate! I think the best choice of grips out on the market at the minute are try-all foam grips. they are nice and soft on the hands and last a while. the only downside tot he grips is the ends split after a while. hope this helps Cheers joe

hi there i had an eno freewheel for a while and i had the same problem. what i found the main problem to be is the freewheel coming loose on the side. to sold the problem take a dot punch and a small hammer and tap the nut on the side of the freewheel until it becomes tight. hope this helps
