there was a post on this not too long ago so do a search! also think about disks bedding in, when they are new the surface is slightly rough, when it beds in it gets smooth and the brake starts working better. so a grind would decrease performance and get rid of the pads in a few seconds due to the compound

the spokes were quite tight as i did them myself just before! could have been tighter but tight enough. the rim would still have flat spotted as this is all down to the rim strength. here is the gap (the exact one where he did his wheel) and i agree with him as i have put a small flatspot in mine just from a small drop gap. i have some pure forks on my pitbull and an avid disk, and i used to think my front wheel was loose when i was on the back wheel, but if you look at someone when they are hopping on the back wheel with echo forks, they flex a bit to stop them from snapping when you do big moves, so it gives the feeling that something is loose, strange i know but once i seemed to get this fact into my head i stopped feeling it.

as in the title has anyone ridden the czar ivan ( preferably the 1100 ) for more than a few minutes? because i am going to get one soon and was just wandering about peoples opinions on them. i have ridden one for a few minutes and like the feel, so i only want replys from people that have ridden it more than me. also which stem are you running? and how does it feel? if you ride a high bb frame that is also long(1080+) such as the adamant a2. how dose that feel because i'm sure it will feel similar. so would also value your opinion and when i say high bb i mean +50, as i don't want anyone telling me about 05 pitbulls etc. thanks adam heason

it was a small hook hook, his wheel hit into the crates not the crate and the floor, therefore it is a hook, end of..

for those who say it is 20 crates, he is going of 20 but down to one crate on the floor (its less scary to land on than concrete) so the drop itself is 19 crates high. cheers for all of your comments, glad you like them

hi all, just thought you might want to see some of the pictures that i took yesterday, as they turned out pretty well. we were riding at harris brush works on the bank holiday, the only time we don't get thrown off! the riders in the pictures are ian, joe, tom, ollie and i took the photos (adam) i hope you like them... ian doing a 10ft drop, 19 blue crates joe with a huge bunny gap, he landed it pretty harsh and cracked his frame! joe breaking things as usual cool angle of ian with a pedal gap tom, with a gap to front wheel on his new python tom again nice tuck from ollie a 180 gap from ollie hope you like them, comments welcome

yeh good point its hard at big rides, but just focus on your friends, then u will have something nice to show them and some good pics. try using flash to avoid blurring

i'm sorry but i don't agree. all the pics are taken at the wrong time or of nothing or cut peoples heads off. i mean they aren't terrible but not as good as people are saying

saw one in a shop yesterday and it looked horrible to ride, like a mini stock which would make it too short to ride nice. 24 inch wheels are only good for street in my opinion

if i'm not working, every night after school 4 ish hours, all saturday, sun afternoon, so 25+ , and people that are complaining about the weather, ice makes it more interesting, and you ride more when its cold so you keep warm, its only when you sit around and complain that you get cold

pretty nice mate. they ride nice, but will your sponsors replace the frame when it snaps, because they aren't the strongest
