    Naughty Bodge

Drill it out slighty bigger I.E- if its 5mm drill it to 5.5mm or whatever the correct size is for a 6mm tap (which rethreads the hole) might have to open up the hole in the maggy a bit, but hey presto its all safe and sound again. Make sure you can get a TAP, CORRECT DRILL SIZE & BOLT before starting.

    Old Man Checking In

Yup hes learning and so am I, he actually lay back down so I could take the picture. Old man is making me sound like a perv? na its just the way your mind is working. Oldmen aren`t pervs, that would make most of your dads pervs.....ha ha. Anyway I only ride with my brother in law and his mates so chavs don`t steal there bikes.
  7. Haven`t Posted for a while, not that I`am anyone you would miss :) Myself, my brother-in-law Dave and His mate Nathan aka TrialsLord...ha ha ha. we usually hang around Hanley (stoke-on-trent) Forest Park (New Skate Park being built) or Newcastle (stoke-on-trent) Loading Bay Area at the back of Yates wine lodge. I have two lovely pictures for you this evening of Nathan, aka TrialsLord. Picture one, a delicate rear wheel drop off thing from a height of two and a half feet. Picture two, same technic applied to a height of three and a half feet. No this post is not me taking the mick, its a light hearted poke at a lad who picked a forum name like TrialsLord  His error? he left the bloody front wheel on the ledge.
  8. Thank you, and nice pics by the way......when I can stop whacking my shins I will post some
  9. Sorry if it’s a bit off topic, but can you tell me where to get one of those chain tensioners from. I have more or less destroyed my rear mech.
  10. Oh yes they squeal like a pig....very very annoying...
  11. Just finished putting this together, mostly from bits brought off this forum :S
  12. Built with tender loving care, and a two hammers for the chain rivets :S"
  13. ah nice tip on the boiling. I re-bled the bugger then soaked it in water to rebed in. (now that made them squeal) seems to be better, but yeah I agree maybe new pads will help.
  14. Front Hope Mini. Just wondering if anyone has any tips for setting these things up? Pretty sure its on ok, you spin the wheel and nothing catches. But when I brake there seems less stopping power than my front magura had. Pads seems ok, any idea I can try. Thanks. Liam.
  15. Any chance of somekind of screenshot of what you`re looking at? On my XP Pro, if there is more than one user you can make certain folders private but not them lock, however you can get some additional software that enable you to lock and hide folders for network purposes.
  16. As stupid as this might sounds, one of my computers has a duff USB port. I found this out by trial and error...try plugging the printer lead into another USB port. If not search the net for the latest printer drivers.

  19. 1 Put the jelly into a jug of boiling water. 2 When all the jelly has melted into the water, add more boiling water (the packet will tell you how much) BUT! - Replace however much water with vodka. 3 Place in the fridge to set.
  20. thanks for the link.
  21. ah I need another tool (lock ring tool)...wondered how they did it :-"
  22. Could I remove the rear sprocket with an oil filter remover? looks the same as the proper sprocket remover tool. Oh yeah and which way do you turn it :-

    Help

Or spybot search and destroy is very good and free...you should always run two different virus/trojon removers to make sure of getting rid of the threats. I use Spybot and Adaware, Norton Anti virus and have a hardware firewall. Spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html Adaware - download http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Person...ubj=dl&tag=top5
