  1. This makes no sense at all... What about the pre members who have added things to the forum but perhaps the mods have not seen? It looks like they do randomly validate people. Then at least change the First Visit Read This topic to something more realistic. What else can he do? He's been a pre-member for a YEAR. If he's a sucky poster, ban him. Shit or get off the pot basically.
  2. I have to agree, it is annoying being a pre-member. I've been one 4 months, so nothing like the thread starter's YEAR, but still. It's like having 2 Trials Chat forums, for first and second class members. I think it's better to judge everyone innocent until proven guilty. Then you could have a forum called 'sub-members' and stick all the people with bad grammar in there (Y)
  3. Just get used to asking yourself where your feet are. You'll have it before too long.
  4. Are they ceramic sidewalls or is it "disc only"? Reminds me of the Tioga rim...
  5. Or change it to 'Ferocity' :ermm: B)
  6. Micheal Jackson's Thriller is pretty good, especially with the video :ermm:

  8. I find most bike websites to be like this.. (Y) (most of the manufactureres sites)
  9. Yea, good ol' insulating Exhaust Layer (Y)
  10. Send me an email at --- if you're not too busy, I have an idea
  11. Install this, should sort it out: http://easynews.dl.sourceforge.net/sourcef...ow-20041012.exe
  12. You could always make a thread about it...
  13. Heh.. One time I was riding at night, without any lights, and I passed some old woman and she said 'You've got no lights!' and I almost shouted back 'Neither do you!'
  14. Very nice. What saddle is that? edit: nevermind, found it How much :turned: Is it possible to buy one? (in the UK)
  15. I've noticed that alot of the 24" bikes have lots of spacers... I think I'll go with 2" on the bars then. Cheers :ermm:
  16. I've been putting together my new bike for about the past 2 months (:ermm:), and I'm still unsure what stem to get. On my old bike I had a 90mm 30 degree stem, that was an Azonic DS-1, long chainstays, ~130 wheelbase. New bike is an Ashton ET24, so I automatically lose 1" from the front end due to the wheel size, but I think it has a slightly taller head tube. It also has much shorter chainstays and a longer top tube, and I'm 5'6" tall... I ride more streety stuff and want to be able to manual and all that. I was thinking about the Kore Lite 3 105mm 17 degree stem, and Easton EA70 1.5" rise bars. Would that be enough rise?
  17. This topic also applies for me, got into trials at like 16, quit a few years later, now 22 and taking it back up. I'm hoping that it won't take too long to get back to where I was before, but yea as Onzaboymark says the limit will probably be physical. I quit trials because where I was living in Hampshire there were hardly any other riders and then I moved to London and started doing other things, that was pretty much it. Now I'm taking it up again because when I realised my bike needed replacing I started eyeing up trials bikes (Y)
  18. I'm still confused... Where's the gallery? :P
  19. Current (soon to be 'old' (Y)) bike is red/silver, except that 'red' anodised parts are usually sorta pinkish, new will be mostly black with a little silver just like every other ET24 :-
  20. hey come on guys Random can't help it if he gets a bit drunk sometimes and mashes one of his hubs / the keyboard.... just kidding (Y)
  21. And I was so sure that I didn't write 'whats better maggies or disks/vs' as the thread title! (Y)
  22. Link to another pic To me they look pretty much non-adjustable...
  23. Oh... Are they any better than the normal ones? They look more sturdy only not adjustable and there's no-where to attatch a booster.
  24. Best pic I could get. What is this? It looks sexy!
  25. I agree. I don't think that 24" bikes have yet found their place in trials. I can see them being long (Y)
