in the next month i am starting my new job for the summer and will have the money to finaly build the bike of my dreams. as i have not riden every mod that there is and not tested all the components every made i would like to know your complete dream custom build. also include colour schemes as is must look the shit. cheers matt

so there apears to be difference of oppion about the change in performance of these hoses. but i think we can all agree on the fact that they look dam sexy. but if u have a realy colour coded bike then colour matched plastic hoses look much better. what do you think?? cheers matt

yeah there is a serious thing you need to which out for. its 6'1 13 stone blond and called matt and if u ever leave that bike lying around anywere i will have rob it. hehehehehe not really anytihng to look out for with that bike apart from monty rims are toss so they will twist and buckle really easy. good look with it should be getting mine soon. (but in red)

if you cant do any of the above to get if of. just as you are abou to try summit stupid like sawing it or grinding it just think, if i pop it down my local bike shop and ask them to sort it out they will have to f**k around with it and save you all the bother. plus if they f**k it up the looks like you will be getting some free replaicements. cheers matt

well there is the first ever cut of my design in my last post (in plastic). so should be makeing some in metal next week and giving them a propper testing will keep you all informed though. cheers matt

if you tell me the exact distance of you brake mountings then i can just adjust my design. also if you have an idea of you own you want making then draw it post it and i will have a go. the first prototype milling was done to day in plastic just to check mesurements and clearances. bear in mind i havent pollished it yeh as the pick was tacken fresh from the miller. sory the pic is so poor there was fook all light cheers matt

yeh its being done with a 3 mill cutter the first one is being made on friday in plastic just to make sure that the path is cool will post some pics of it though. cheers matt

dont realy know about selling will have to see how well they machine. if they turn out well i could make them to order. i could even make alterations that you suggest and make a one off for you, as its not realy that hard if you have the right equipment (despite what the actual bike manufactures will tell you). but obviously will need to get validated before i can sell anything. as for the polished inerds i cannot do that as i dont have the right equipment. could chrome it though. as for a more rounded design how about you do me a sctech and then it will be more aparent what your vission is. its wide enough to get a 2.5'' tyre in. nearly forgot i took the measurments of my friends monty. so i belive this current design will only fit on the rear of montys. cheers matt

rear disk mounts never used to be strong enough to cope with the stress that the nature of trials braking techniuqe put on the mounts. thats why the new monty has very strange looking drop outs. cheers matt
