Why do you even bother talking about halfrauds, they bellong to boots (yes, realy the place you go for hairgel and shampoo and fun smelly things)! there just a silly little backup for boots when people decide they don't want hairgel and medicine, ohnest to god! ask ur business studies teacher (if u have one...)

I've only started trials and i'm out after school for an hour a night, even if it's pissin it down, mainly cos i wna get ill and not have to do speaking in english, damn my poor confidence...., but it's still fun riding in the car park and pissin off all the moms as they drop their kids of at clubs etc, hehehe. ALSO how can you say you get cold, maybe in scotland it's different, but shame on the rest of you, to t-shirts is all you need, oh and keep moving, that helps to!

Would probably work although what i've done in my mixed up world, is i have my trial bike (t-bird) for trials obviously, and then a mtb which i use to get around on, jump occasionaly, and dick about on and look kewl, it's a surprisingly good-looking bike for a saracen! i did have a bmx but i'm flogging that now i just dont have the time!

Was out with my mate rob he's just got a second hand T-pro (old blue one with square frame, bit silly realy) he got it for like £50 so he can't complain but his forks move funny, like there loose but we tried the bolt bit at the bottom of the stem but it was dead tight, but the forks move forwards and backwards <----> when he stops etc any ideas on whats died, or needs replacing?

I find petrol, if not slightly smelly does the job, but with bar ends and brake levers the grips should be ok anyway

I get the seing lines and urge to ride my school all the time atm, just found a building site (i ignored it all these years, i feel bad there was like 40 crates in this old building, i made a little brown fish when i saw em all) and now i keep goin past and spottin all these lines. Also, i would hate it if lots of people started trialsbecause in the village it's only me (my m8 geting an old t-pro on wednesday, only £50 hehe) and i would hate it if here were more because everyone else around here is a twat (ohnest to god/waffle thrown at ceiling) so i would get a bad rep!

I've only just got into trials and i agree that it is expensive, but most hobbies are, it just bepends how far you want to take them, so any hoby or interest could be more expensive, it just depends how seriously you take it, there are more expensive sports/hobbies like flying planes (the big things, not the radio controlled onesalthough prety costly to) my mates dad does it and the lisencing for it is, "not cheap".

I've broken some handle bars on my old bmx hehe, thy replaced em with nu grips and levers to :), and erm i did in come suspension forks and i found a kiddies bike and snapped it in several places hehe

you could gafa tape the frame you've got together haha

(Y) On the mention of non-trial-bike-trial-riding do any of you remember those micro scooters? basiclyu and l shaped piece of metal you could fold and do fazmogoricle things on (with practise) you could do basic trial bits on those to, i recently killed my scooter hehe, and i was more confident on it than a bike (Y) maybe cos i could jump off i easier, there prety fun for it to!

Don;t want to be nasty mate but with size 14/5 feet you should steer clear of pixie boots, or cpnverses, i've tried some on (size 11) and they dont work for big feet!

How can you talk so badly of snow! I'm disgusted! you can so much fun with it, i'm not talking about snowballing (ish), try making a snowman, putting it on a tarpaulin and when a car comes drag it into the middle of the road! or one snowman in each lane... better yet if you can steal some sergical tubing (like what they use on a drip) and make a catapult out of it with of your mates acting as posts and you pulling it back and launching football sized peices of snow into a primary school....

It depends what you ride realy 'caus i was going to get one of them for my t bird but the bike shop people said that it wouldn't fit my back tyre (so i decided to treat myself to a carbon fibre one, courtesy of onza) it would fit th 4 bolt mountings, but you gotta think about how far away your stoppers are from eachother.

I use sticky fingers, because thats what my bike came with and i'm skint and can't afford anything nicer...

I over tightened the bolt on my maggie leaver, (it's stupid cos the bolt they give you doesn't go all the way to the back of the thread so you are guna pull the thread out at some point, clever people magura, makin you buy more levers...) so i put a bigger one through, and it probly won't die now :P

I've not had my bike long (2/3 weeks methinks) and the back tyre slips at anything, i couldn't even hop up a high curb without my tyre rollin back with a super ugly high squeal, i've tarred my rims and ordered a booster (onza carbon fibre) could someone recomend decent brake pads?
