  2. i had a go of 1 and kept getting my shoe court on the tube where the hedgehog pattern is i didnt like it at all
  3. whats the crack with putting "www.tartybikes.co.uk" at the end of some of your posts? also the old monty 2.7 tyres are super bouncy and super grippy imo
  4. i also made a guide of this and there is a guide in the faq section
  5. rb 4 bolt boosters are £15 from ebay check it out
  6. i would say the rb they are realy wide so if you ever want to change tyre to monty 2.7 it will fit they are very popular and i havnt heard many bad things.... rb
  7. :$ oops i should of guessed because of your name oh well my mate used to have a t master and used a booster because of flex
  8. what frame you got? as some frames have built in boosters. also some frames are quite strong and when you pull the brake in they will have no flex but some weaker frames might have flex so you will need a booster to prevent it cracking and to improve brake power
  9. just get anything you can get your hands on then chuck it about in you garden make sure every thing is sterdy and then you got yourself a trials section, and as everything wont be fixed to the ground you can just keep varying the section edit: ballocks didnt read the post above and ive wrote pretty much the same sorry
  10. but you said buy a t-vee for £240 (i think) but if you had that amount of money you could buy a decent spec'd tpro which would improve you riding alot quicker then the t-vees
  11. i thought you couldnt use air because its a gas and the particles are largly spread so when you pull the lever you are just moving the particles closer together but would need a very very larger pull on the leaver to even start to move the pads i might be totally wrong here though
  12. bout 5 month will that be a problem? how long until ill get it back? ... im desperate
  13. if your desperate for a bike buying a new/2nd hand full bike would be the best option but if your not desperate just buy all the parts to suit you and you will have a top spec'd bike some sites tartybikes selectbikes supercycles btc cleanbikes ebay | trials section enjoy
  14. can i not just send it too tarty?
  15. cheers for the replys lads it sounds like it would be just taking something around with it ... so it is engaging but what its engaging on isnt stayin still anyway im going to ring tarty up tomorro and hopefully get it sent off soon cheers
  16. you can bodge them use the search and look for 'onzaboymarks' guide i think its in fao section but i aint sure
  17. no its deffinatly not the chain ring as when i do try to pedal the chainring stays with the monty cranks and the bb is the same. whats the ratchet ring? lol its sounds like its the bb .. it like goes glunk and the silent as it tavels around but i think it could b the bb as that would mean the profile would engage
  18. ive just checked tat and it all seems to be working fine... i push them it and they immediatly come back out, i just dont know whats the matter
  19. hi yesterday i tried to pedal hop then something rounded off at first i thought it was my bb or chainring but i just found out today that its my profile. the problem is, is that its not engaging when i put pressure on. has this happened to anyone else? and does anyone know whats happened and if i can fix it?... or could i send it somewhere to get it fixed so i don't have to splash out on a new one? cheers for any help
  20. what a find! there you go ther proberblys the cheapest.....i think or you could go to ebay
  21. if you buy your rim from tarty you can get it ground for £1 so i suppose you could class it as a pre ground rim
  22. get some coust pads i got mine a couple of weeks ago and im well impressed with them
  23. if you still like the monty pr's why dont you just get another one as you would be paying nearly 100 second for a tpro... which i have heard quite a few that have snapped
