Hi I ride motorbike and push bike trials and i get really bad cramp every time i ride, what do you guys that get cramp do to get rid of it while riding. Any help would be great. Cheers Allen P.S hope you all have a great christmas and new year.

Hi, I asked 'which pads would be best with a grind' not that long ago and the feedback i got was great, allot of people said that the koxx blocks browns were good so i got a pair of them, i used them on a non-ground rim rather than the ground rim and they are great, i have not used any other pads other than the standard magura ones but i would definitely get more when i need them.

Hi, Before i rode bike trials, i used to play football, motorbike trials and shinty, alot of you guys probably won't no what shinty is so i will tell yous, it is just a ruff games of hockey with a ball the same size as a hocky ball, but it is leather.

Hi, I ride motorbike trials aswell and i get sore knees. I read this on a motorbike trials website, it says to: put your knee up to your bum and hold for 5 secs and then put it onto a table or chair so that your leg is 90 deg from the ground and hold for 5 sec, do this 3 times, 3 times a day. If you don't understand what i mean the go to www.trialscentral.com and then go into recent topics then into "riders helping riders" then go into doggy knees. I find that this has helped my knees, i don't have any problems anymore. Hope this helps Allen.
