  1. I have played three of their basses and 1 of their guitars. They were all poorly make with horrible hard to adjust knobs, no real tone what so ever (par for the course with acrylic) and they just arn't fun. They look pretty sweet, but that's about it.

As for the fret-buzz, perhaps look at the action (a combination of relief on the neck and saddle height of the bridge). They guys on here can probably set you up with some sweet set up tips. It's probably the set up which is putting you off, playing on a badly setup instrument when you are starting would probably put you off. It'll give your guitar a new lease of life and it'll cost much less (nothing if you do it yourself).

Haz is short for Harry, btw.

  2. Mmmm, Schecter. I bid on a Schecter Stiletto Studio 4 a while back on eBay, got sniped by a lucky chancer. ( Who 1 year later tryed to sell it to me for £320, having payed only £200 for it.)

Now I want the Studio 6, they just play so well. Love 'em.

SQuit-man, avoid WESLEY. Seriously. When you start playing it's not really about what you are playing (so long as it has strings and keeps tune) because you will no doubt find your preferances as you learn to play. You just need the motivation. (Y)
