  3. Hum where to ride soton ride is on as well but if enough people come and ride there i might as ive never ridden there before.
  4. I will probally be there, however a few of use are meant to be riding there on thursday so not sure.
  5. Just get a bb7 with a small rotor (160mm), just don't be an ass and get a (203mm) then wonder why the forks snap!
  6. Yer the higher the bb the better the bike sits on the back wheel and the lower the bb the better the bike is at more streety moves.
  7. Hope's are really good, but so are bb7's just up to you. Do you like cable or hydrolic brakes more because they have very different feels to them.
  8. Well a t-rex will NOT snap they are tanks! Only down side is they are heavy. You could look at a phase 1.2 they are lighter but not as strong. If your only 13 look at the Onza T-Raptor spec 2 on super cyles as they are light and quite short. Also they are really nice to ride.
  9. What bike were you looking at? Most onza's are ok ish.
  10. Tar is fine on Vee's! You can buy tar off ebay, or steal it when they are laying roads.
  11. Park tool alan keys are really good, use them at work and they are far better then most others
  12. Rob find out what format movie maker uses, probally AVI. and the convert the clips into that then open it normally. When edittting videos there is ALOT of format converting needed.
  13. Hi welcome to the forum. Trials is great I don't own an XC bike as XC is just way to much effort i quite lazy!
  14. Not bad, how long have you been riding before you gave up?
  15. Not bad at all. I love those bikes they are really fun to ride
  16. T-rex's are REALLY strong and ride nice, it just they are tanks so you have to be pretty strong to ride one properly.
  17. Hi i swear i saw a topic on here saying that people where goign to ride Southampton on sat (06th oct) but i can find it. So basicly is anyone riding southampton on saturday?
  18. Whats not to get it? I thought this post by mmmmmmmm_cheese exsplained it pretty well. As i understand it, more surface area the greater the braking, i cant quite rememeber the forumla to prove that. But the more holes ect wehich gives less surface area give greater heat dispertion, for trials that doesnt matter to much. Also people have said that with using gothic rotars ect that arnt just circular there brake judders. I would say just go with a simple rotar design like the normal hope rotar that has a decent amount of surface area and holes to get rid of the heat.
