  1. i dont ride for revell, hoping to snap up with them in future through cdtrialsport (chris doney) as he is a local in my area, but i help them out for various things and get parts and clothing through them as well yes i am deaf, but i can sign AND speak but i lipread though (ask ash-kennard), i f i bring someone with me, that what u call an interpreter,and no this sport cant stop me riding cos of my deafness, as i dont really need communication whilst riding see y'all there Pat

  3. thanks guys ash, i can remember you! look out guys, he'll be going large in the near future! and the area's not bad for riding, portsmouth and southamptons a nice place to ride, quite limited though. but regulary go to Chris doneys warehouse to ride, guess thats the only place to ride around! am at uni in london so will be looking out for rides soon....... about the pics, ill snap them up soon Pat
  4. hi folks, just registered on this forum, didnt know it was up and around for a long time! im Pat, im 19 years old, living in soberton, near newtown, wickham. ride locally with Chris Doney and ash-kennard i ride a revell stock, try-all parts will post up a picture soon. keep it up guys.ride hard and im deaf Respect Pat
  5. press ups and simple weights on biceps and triceps helps ur upper body strength for back hops, hop ups etc it helps avoid the muscle ache and pain on the forearms stretching- on the bike, both feet on ground behind rear tyre or halfway, strech your arms out and lean down and back, it helps the back muscles.   6. hey folks..... i started off with the WRONG kind of trials bike, a ruddy club roost stinger! heavy! then bought a onza t-raptor, rode it for abt 2 years then now got a revell off cdtrialsport. i have progressed quite well on the revell as its lighter, more flickable etc..... problems on the onza was big, cos of the weight and bad geometry!   8. Nice idea............ surely it does help the muscles, another benefit of this idea would help get the arms and hands get used to the feel of the handlebars and brakes? and i have a stressball, using the fingers to squeeze the hell out of it, it does help apparentely! nice one Pat
