  1. ok cool thanks for all of the replies to this. i think i will do so of the things you have said and see if that helps a bit also i am going to get a high stem just to see if is that.
  2. Hi, the last week or so i have been getting a pain in my lower back could this be to do with the frame i ride: a echo control short 1065 with a 100*5 stem. Should i get a higher stem or a longer frame what do you guys think.

  11. I am running 18:16 but i don't know what you are running you have 22:19 or some thing around there I think mate.
  12. Hi Go single speed is the way to go. It saves a bit of weight and looks better i think, but it is up to you do you like how my bike feels if so go single speed. Hope this helps
  13. Hi parr i am think of getting the hope pro 2 but i hear that a lot skip and that same have cracked. But they seem to have stopped that now so that don't crack, and the skipping any hub well so. I think you should get one parr they sound really good and they have more points of engagements then the hub you have now. Thanks Shaun

  17. Hi No you do not need to buy any more mounts as you have v-brake mounts and when you get a set of hs33's they come with the evo mounts that fit on to v-brake mounts. Hope this helps you mate.
  18. Yer the square is gone and now it is an ice ring. But i don't know if they are going to put the square back in after winter or not. But there is still some go places to ride in lincoln I may ride this week if people are.

  25. Hi i am asking how to get the front wheel high as i think that is why i am not riding that good, as i ride with my front wheel about 35 to 40 when i hop. So is there any thing that i can do to get it higher in the air so that i can get the front lower when i go for gaps and stuff like that where you need to lower the front down a bit. Thanks
