  1. I haven't still opened mine and I will tomorrow maybe, but if they are the same as the magura's (I mean the pistons) then you can buy a new one from a hardware store or in my case from a sealings and bearings store. Will write when I open it.
  2. Sorry my browser screwed up :$ P.S. God damn. Wrong post
  3. Yeah that's what I was going to do, try to blow it out with a compressor.....well there has to be a way if you can assemble them you have to be able to disassemble them, that's my logical thinking
  4. Well there has to be a way of disassembling them...come on people you are the smart guys
  5. I have a question. How do you open up the slave cylinders of a Magura or Echo rim brake in case they are leaking because of bad sealing so that I could change it? If anyone has an idea please tell me it's urgent Thanks in advance
  6. It's LYNX actually. The boa is the old stock. dunno about the year though...
  7. Ok I guess I should change the title External Echo BBs now I changed the tensioner it just doesn't make the tension good. It doesn't use a spring it is just tightened with two bolts - one on the tensioner that tightens it for the axle and the hub one which tightens it to the frame, but it's just two kicks tension and then no tension at all..... I was thinking of how and where to put a spring on it and if someone has any ideas please tell, cause it really looks cool So fare I figured that if it is tightened to the hanger from the other side it works fine and it has some space to move freely.
  8. Has anybody tried one and in he has did he like it how it works or does it work at all, because I have one with an Adamant hub and it is absolutely horrible...I mean I make one pedal stroke and the chain is loosen again because of its movement. I don't know whether I am an idiot or it really doesn't work. Please tell me your opinion, because personally I'm confused

    Blaze-video-03

http://sbcycles.net/Videos/Blaze-Video-03.avi I had some footage left and decided to make a video. Comments welcome with warm hands (rofl) Songs are Limp Bizkit - Retail and System of a Down - Mr. Jack P.S. If the link doesn't work tell me so I could put it somewhere else.
  11. http://biketrials.com/review/2005_Zoo_Pitbull_L530.html Not sure if the information is absolutely correct, but imo it is. 06 is actually +50....I saw it in a Hungarian web site before I got one and it said +55.....few months later I decided to measure everything on my bike (used Echo Urban 06 fork) and the CS was 375, WB 1075 and bb +50....and I am completely sure that they are correct cause I measured them like 5 times with different methods and they all came the same so....
  12. You can wash your rim with petrol(works outstanding) then put some tar on it. If it doesn't work good with tar than just make a grind it is just the best thing to do. You can also try to readjust the pads so that they are adjusted perfectly you can improve it a lot this way.
  13. Well how much do they last? I am not concerned about the bearings cause the bearing shop is 50m from my home and can buy spares any time. I actually want to know more about the freewheel. How are they holding? And can it compare to a TryAll 108.9? I know it can but is it better or worse. Thanks for the answers
  14. I am about to buy a hub and am wandering which one to get. I know I have to choose the CK, but can you tell me which is better in the proportion price/quality. Thanks in advance
  15. Actually the Zoo! Pitbull 05 and 06 don't have build in boosters but the things Tunnicliffe did with the 05 and the brake didn't slip at all.......I don't know imo a booster isn't needed if you have a good brake setup
  16. Well since they are almost the same (5mm difference in the bb rise) and the pure is 150 grams liter I don't think there will be much of a difference between them. I haven't rode any of them but imo the pure will ride nicer because of the weight......I'd actually go for the pure if I had to choose

    The Bails Thread

Most of them were brutal and horrible, but I couldn't help laughing at the last woman's moanings
  18. imo you should just go to a shop that sells bearings and ask the seller. They have these gigantic catalogs with every bearing that exists of the selected company and you will find out if there is and maybe even buy or order some
  19. Actually if you want a really strong bearing....I'm talking about the BEST bearings you should buy a SKF bearing. My Echo Fixed did the same thing. All three bearing which are on the non drive side teared apart just like the one on the pics. The fourth one was fine. This is because I am right footed and when I land a gap I land it sideways on the non drive side and in 6 months of riding you get broken bearings So now I bought SKF bearings which cost like 10 pounds a peace and will have no problems for at least three years........I hope
  20. For you in England maybe http://www.chrisking.com/tech/tech_movies/hub_r_fin_assy.mov And look at this movie and tell me am I an idiot....or not
  21. Are the new ones that come around going to be ok?
  22. If my memory doesn't lie the Chris King drivering is also glued in......yeah actually from seeing a movie of how to put back together a King it is........So it maybe depends on the glue..... Never ridden a deng freehub, but the 108.9=shit. It's been like 6 months of riding and my riding is like 2 times at a week and it started skipping last week......Thinking of getting an Echo FW maybe.....

    Bleed Kit!

I have a question about the Echo bleed kit. Are there any at all? If there is, is it different from the magura one? And where do you get one? Just too lazy to make up a new topic, that's why I'm writing here
  24. Yeah I meant break as in crack not brake Don't mind me the time here is midnight and I'm sleepy Thanks for the info and was wandering if the fork is about to break are there any sings of that like little cracks or it just breaks, cause my old fork broke just like that and I haven't noticed anything suspicious before.....not that I look at it all the time.....
  25. Where do they usually break when you use a hs33 front brake? Any pics would be well appreciated
