  1. i use gusset pedals there pretty good mine have lasted ages plus you can get them in magnesium. Also they've got sealed earings which are much reliable. I got mine from ebay here
  2. yeah my mate has hogs an his T-pro, i've never really thought about getting them i might try them next time i'm in need of a new rim.
  3. Seeing as their has been quite a few topics on which is the best rim for mods i've written this review about most of the mod rims you can buy. 1) rim: echo 06 This rim isn't one of the strongest rims on the trials market but it looks good which is a very good advantage but if your looking for strength I wouldn't go for it, plus another disadvantage is that it only comes in 32 hole which is a bit annoying. however the colour choice is good. also holds grinds good too. Link : echo rim 2) once ronnie This rim is a weird one some people say its great and some say its rubbish. personally i think the reason why some say its not very strong is because of the massive sidewalls this is why after a few grinds you get loads of dents and cracks around the edge. Plus its not one of the best looking rims you can buy as you can only get it in one colour. Link: ronnie rim 3) tryall The tryall rim is probably the most popular rim and the best, this is because you can get it in almost any colour and you can get it in either 32 or 36 hole which is good as different hubs have different amounts of spokes. plus it holds grinds really well. and the strength is unbeatable well unless your a really rough rider. Link : tryall rim 4) Alex dx32 This rim is the strongest rim out of them all but the look of it is the biggest let down as you can only get it in black without being drilled . But you can get in different sizes e.g 32 36 which is a good advantage. link: dx32 rim so overall after using all of these rims i recommend the tryall simply because its got all you want out of a rim, strength, colour and size.
  4. Theres my beast. but its changed a bit since then. e.g new back rim, grips and new front brake. Love it

  6. I've got some riser bars and i was just wondering if putting them at diferent angles alters how you ride. Because i saw some one with riser's and he had them more or less horizontal. So whats the best position? (if there is one)
  7. did you know your validated?? If you want to see bails just type auch in to the search bar and download the series of vids.
  8. grind your rim put tar on it and get some decent pads, or you could just use the search. >>>Click Here<<<
  9. its ok for about 2 minutes then your brake goes really crap and you wish you've never put it on, also it makes a god awful high pitched squeak so i advise not to go there. As for the spray stuff, you might aswel give it ago and if it doesn't work clean it off. If you do tell us what its like. cheers lee
  10. They work for me, i use firefox though if that makes a difference.
  11. Here they are: Rolling gap. Didn't make it this time lol. wheelswap Tap Thats it, what do you think? I've got a video aswel its on a website like my space. here's the link: http://Lee463.bebo.com try and ignore the quality of both the sound and the video.
  12. Instead of pushing your foot down and rolling on to your back wheel, do a little hop so you land on your wheel. Also remember practise makes perfect.
  13. you could try putting silikone stuff around the screw and see if it doesn't leak then. But yeah you should be able to tap it out but if you do this be carful not to get the metal shavings into the brake cos it could naker the seals. Plus make sure you don't split the lever body.

  21. I tried to gap to front weel on these benches which were about 2 foot high next thing i know my front wheel was in the gap and i cracked my head open on the other bench. I've worn a helmet ever since lol
  22. Its called brake cleaner you can get it from more or less any garage. Its not an oil based substance and it completley evapourates off.
  23. Whats the point in swearing. I'm saying my opinion because i've snapped a few. Theres no need to have a go.
  24. I ordered an avid ball bearing seven about a month ago and this is my review on them covering most of important agenda's. Firstly setting it up This is as easy as 1 2 3 it doesn't take a couple of minutes which is great if it gets knocked out of line on a ride. Also when this brake is setup its so easy to adjust the TPA because there are several ways to do this: 1) Adjust the barrel adjuster on the lever. 2) Adjust the two red screws ether in or out. This adjusts how close the pads are to the rotor. 3) Adjust the cable. Performance The Performance of this brake is amazing, once bedded in, it has the ability to immediately stop with more or less any rider on it. you may be thinking that so can the mono but this brake has alot more power than it and is alot more reliable and cheaper. Disadvantages There aren't many disadvantages of this brake but i think that because you have to buy levers and cables separate it puts people off buying the brake. Also the fact that its cable powered, because cables snap quite alot and its annoying having to buy new cables every month or so. So overall i recommend this brake as its very reliable and the power of this brake is unbelievable and you can't go wrong with the price can you.
