  1. What do you recomend stem wise then mate? might try that first before i brake it as i would love to keep it. i have some trialtech bars which should be here in the next day or to for the echo too.
  2. Here are the latest pics of my current bikes, first we have an old School gem, its a really good condition monty 221 Xlite from 1997/8. the way this bike rides you wouldnt believe its age, it would still put a lot of modern bikes to shame. Next we have my 24" Echo Urban, i have spent a lot of money getting this to a high standard only to find i dont get on with it check my for sale thread for parts. will be a shame to split a bike that looks as good as this. Hope you like, (NICE) comments welcome
  3. I havnt mastered this yet myself but my friend has and the way he described to do it is as your approaching wrong foot forward most newbies pedal all the way round in one mostion to get up, this is ok for smaller walls but when you want to go bigger you have to pedal half way to lift the front up, pause then pedal kick. If you pedal all the way round in one motion there is only so much power you can get into the kick as the gears are engaged, the pause lets you re engage with the front already in the air to give you the extra height. I hope that makes sense lol. Its all about timing though which is the hard bit.
  4. Echo sl are the lightest and not bad on price too. i got a set and i like them a lot.
  5. I didnt realise the gear ratio you run is a display of strength. If you must know this is the ratio i was running on my 26" as advised by tarty, i havnt tested it yet on the 24", but if its too light i will change it. All the bits have just been swapped from the 26" and will be upgraded to suit. thanks for your imput
  6. To be fair if you read the bottom of my first post i said next on the list is some Echo TR riser bars! and its pay day tomorrow! lol. I didnt have the money to get everything straight away.
