Dont ride for atleast 4-5 days cause i get these every now and then as you must let it heal. youve probably just pulled a muscle or something but let it heal.

hey everbody sorry to disturb your summer holiday lol i was wondering can you get blue rim tape preferably for a mod i have tryed loads of sites etc such as tarty bikes, selectbikes, bike dock etc and i cant seem to find any as i am thinking about putting blue parts on my bike i have got loads of red parts but i thought i want to try something new give my bike a new tone of colour hehe as red is starting to bore me lol . many thanks andy

cheers at the moment i need some more money to have a couple of red parts on the bike such as red brake mounts and maybe the new gu,zoo,czar booster in red any of them really lol the only red things on the back is probably a red bullet valve cap and red rim tape.

So what does everyone think to my bike then would like some comments please as it looks very nice with the red parts i have placed on it.

dude you no what them forum administrators are like at times lol.

if its the roof/tar round drains etc what you doe is get a lighter melt certain parts of the tar and try and form it into a ball then once you have got it formed into a ball stick it in the fridge for the day then whada bing whada bang youve got tar!
