  1. Hi Im not sure about 24 inches either. Hmmm i think that if they done more 24inch parts i would deffineatly be thinking about riding a 24inch, just becuase its different.
  2. Hmmm im not sure what you mean there, there is not much to explain when tapping, but hitting the wall with your front wheel just comes natural. Just aim your front wheel at the edge of the wall. Hope this helps im not an expert at explaining stuff.
  3. Hi mate Im a beginner at tapping. Yeah tap gently, trust me becuase when i try tapping hard, i go out of control and always land hard on my bash guard. Best not to tap hard , i find it so much easier when i tap gently. Thanks mate
  4. Hi This is my mates bike, soo nice rides nice too, i think his changing it to single speed soon, which will look nicer.
  5. Hi I would deffineatly say GRIND, red heatsinks, or koxx bloxx do fine.
  6. Hello Mate Welcome to the forum, there was once when we was all new to this sport , so dont be scared to ask for help, as long as you follow the guidelines. Have fun and enjoy Thanks
  7. Helooo I have just seen that the ZHI frames are now out from tartybikes, but are they any good for £300 they must be, has any one ridden one, they look similar to a python. Thanks
  8. yep Just think all the top riders you look up to , once were like you.
  9. My mate done trials for abit and gave up within a month, when i first started i thought to myself "i am never going to be able to do that" but if you are really dertermined and you really want to do it, then stick at it, i no its a pain not being able to do something , you just want to get stright to the top and be the best , but it takes time and over some time it will happen and when it does it feels sooo GREAT.
  10. I have just brought some and i am now riding with them, i think they are great they seem so more bouncy, they seem to grip really nicey to. Thumbs up
  11. Try and spend atleast 3 hours a day on your bike, i try and spend at least 3-4 hours a day on my bike. The more you ride the quicker you will learn stuff, also try and go around with someone that is better then you, because it is always helpful when some one else gives you advice on things. It helps so much. Good luck!!! Keep at it , it anit going to happen over night.
  12. ye i think that having a seat is a good thing becuase i does show people that we can do it using mtb, but i think that it is a good thing to not having a seat because people look at us more and think that its a different sport just becuase we dont have seats, trials is becoming more advanced , and not having a seat shows that trials bikes are becoming so much more different since it started.
  13. Ye i think a good thing about trials is going to meet with alot of defferent riders , and having fun and making friends. I think that trials is becoming more populour , the more demos and shows people do, the more people know about it. I think the only reason that more people dont do trials is because you need alot of determination, i think that some people think that its going to happen over night.
  14. I think that when a line is done so smooth it looks more amazing then if you done something big. To show you are in control of the bike , you have to be smooth, and make a line look so easy. Good topic mate i like it.
  15. Thanks guys I think the disk may need cleaning as i havent cleaned it since i brought it and it might of got dirty, i am going to try the water method. Ill give it a couple of days to bed in, if not then i will have to try new brake pads. Has anyone got a special way to clean a disk. Thanks
  16. I dont think i could wear jeans when riding they seem to stiff lol , i like something loose like trackie bottoms , also i am thinking of maybe buying a sort of football shirt , not a acutally football shirt but something that material, becuase they are light and keeps you cool.
  17. Thanks mate, na i didnt buy it brand new , i brought it off jay kay , but he has already bleed it, my disk is dead center of the capilier, it took me ages to make sure that the disk didnt rub on the pads, i will try the bedding in method to see if that works.
  18. Hello I am just wondering about disk brake pads , i have a hope mono trial and i need a new set of brake pads can any one suggest what ones and where from. Thanks I have just brought a new brake and everytime i go to do something on the front wheel the brake isnt working , it lets me roll. Do i need to let it bed in, or do i need some new brake pads.
  19. Hi I am getting a new rear hub and i am using the rim i got on my bike now, but it has a few flat spots , does it matter if i get the rim rebuilt. Will this effect the wheelbuild. Thanks
