Very little. After 4-5 grinds you may think about changing it. But I dont recomend more than light grinds on front rims.

Cause I like the geo on the Adamant better than the Zenith. And you dont get any wiser of asking me about it. Arrange a test ride with someone that have the bikes and try them yourself.

Dont know much about headsets, but you can grind the rim. They are still good. i grinded mine and that is just as good still

I watched a program with Paul McKenna some days ago. He showed a knocking/tapping technique that makes your lusts go away. Can someone post a tutoral how we do this tapping? This was really bad explained, but i found it on the internet now
