That's about all there is to it actually! Just lower the front end more, lean back over the rear wheel, kick hard(er) and throw your weight forwards. Not sure about directions. Hope this helps. Mat

LOL! Funny, but i'm afraid not. As when you pre-load for a pedal hop, surly you would roll backwards? Thus going over the bars, and thus hurting yourself! I think you'll be needing a new idea.... Mat

hi there, i've seen a few 'basic' spec. pythons, echo's, zona's, etc.... go for around £400. All top quality bikes and well worth the money performance wise I would recommend any of these, maybe you should put up a post and see what people have to offer for that sort of money? Well basically, mods are 20" bikes (or wheels) and, therefore, bikes with 26" wheels are refered to as stock. As for 24", well, i don't know myself actually... Mat

Hi guys, I would suggest going with the new frame first as it is the biggest part of the bike and will make a huge difference to how it rides. Then you could sell your old frame and buy a cheaper freewheel? Highly recommend Tensile Hope this helps. Mat
