Use Javascript to load in the video file for each one dynamically, so the video is replaced, rather then just hidden and another laid ontop.

Search for 'simple ajax' or something, there is like a 30 line script with everything you need somewhere to do pretty much that.

I wouldn't even bother with that really. Just create a separate page for each video - or use PHP to dynamically create a new page for each one, keep it simple and accessible. If your concerned about SEO (which even if your not, its a good idea to get into the habit early on) then each video on a separate page will give better results (arguably).

PHP, accessibility and SEO. 3 good words to look into to be a 'cut above the rest' ;)
