hii,

i seem to have hit a dead end in my riding ive been riding around a year easily pedal kcik off stuff etc but im finding it difficult to get onto obstacles like benches etc

any adice really appreciate itt???

Haven't really got any advice for you, because I don't know how you ride,

but I can direct you to this site:

Because it helps out loads on technique.

It will teach you how to pull off moves you probably never thought you could pull off.

Also, check out Ryan Leech's tutorial vid, because that will help you fine tune the basic moves, and

you will also learn the exact bodily positions you should be trying to conquer.

Nothing better than going out there and actually trying to do them yourself.

Ride with others better than yourself if you want to progress. Even if the nearest rider is 30 min away make the effort and jump on a train it will be worth it dude.
