Do some research first, but you've been warned! My sister has her degree in Sport Science/Human Movement so she knows sports injuries very well I need to send the boys their pics I took on the London ride I went on too. At least you have people to ride with over there. Im not going to learn much at all riding by myself! Just dont want this bike to go to waste....
